Father Mulcahy, how do we love thee? Let us count the ways....
Post here any info on the Father. Tell us why you love him, share your favorite moments that include him. Is he as innocent as he should be, or had he needed to be 'forgiven' now and then?
Come and share all there is about a wonderful, and well loved, character.

Since I'm the only one on right now (or so I would bet), I think I'll go ahead and get this thread going.
I think what I love most about Mulcahy (besides his looks) is how he wants what's best for everyone, and sometimes steeps to lower means of getting them.
I think my favorite moments that include Mulcahy is when you see his more human side.
When he's going deaf and asks God why.
When Col. Potter wants to paint a portrait of a loving family, he (along with Klinger and Hot Lips) sneak around Charles, BJ, and Hawkeye to get them back together in the Swamp.
And this is just the tip of the iceburg.

Favorite Mulcahy moment:
When he was yelling bible verses on the PA, trying to get Hawkeye cleared of stealing.

Wasn't there an episode where someone was wanting to charge Klinger with something serious, and Father was describing how wonderful he is by getting 20 new bibles donated to them by a near by hotel.
And then he realizes that Klingor stole the bibles. rofl

Father Mulcahey is my all time favorite character from M*A*S*H. He's the picture of innocence, yet he knows when to get tough.
He's like a kid brother. IEditYourWorld

He's so great! The outer appearance of being a simple clergy man, but oh so different when you get to know him.

He'd be my Padre!
Man, it'd be great to tell him some awful secret, just for the expression on his face!

He is one of my favorite characters!
I really like it when he gets all mad, esp since his voice makes it seem like he isn't mad. Its awsome.
