I want to build a website. I know some basic HTML and have practiced before. I know how to use and link files from my pcs hard drive to the internet, what I need is a PLACE TO HOST MY Website.

I need as many features available to me as possible and want to pay an annual FEE, not monthly.

I will be selling things from the website--office files to be precise (slideshows, documents, and charts, if you just wanna know)

I dont wanna pay much at all but will probably be willing to go to 150 dollars annually if many good features are included.
I need a site that will allow:
Members to create accounts-between 30-50 members.
A blog
guest to buy things as well as members.
A check out cart
link to paypal
A mailing list
A guest book
A guest counter, and any extras would be highly appreciated if anyones got the slightest idea!

Well you could always install apache, php and mysql on to your pc and use no-ip.org as a dns. But your machine would have to be on 24/7.

i very much dout youll be able to find a host who will set these up for you. just look for one supporting php and mysql.
