The best real GM thing I saw (and I don't know if there's a video for this), was when a GM on my server randomly sicced a dragon on Stormwind City. whee Or, at least the rumor was that it was a GM, anyway.

Maybe not, there is a high lvl quest involving a dragon in stomwind. Something to do with child king and his stepmom. Cool to watch, till ya get stomped.

Yeah, he's a GM, but on his own private realm. Those are becoming more and more popular these days seeing as how they are becoming easier to make due to the vast amount of accurate information on how to make one that is out there... as illegal as it is. crying
But most of the people who are doing it don't have a WoW account to risk banning. /shrug
