Since this was previously known for what YED's plans are.. and we pretty much know now... What do you think will be happening in season 3? We already know that the end of s3 is probably about them figuring a way out of Dean's deal.... any other thoughts?

Why does he want a war? If he is the one controling the war? Whats his reasoning for the whole thing?

I donno... it just seems like a big nasty to me that wants nothing but chaos and doom. DOOOOOMMMMM! I just hope we find out at the end of season two because it is driving me mad. I think about it all the time(I think I have become obsessed or something). I would be in the middle of bio(Which I have for 2 hours a day!) and I would space out for god knows how long. Mouth hanging open, thinking about it. Then I would get back to reality everyone would be staring at me. Laughing. Then I just end up repeating the cycle. But with revenge. Who is he getting revenge on? If it was about revenge they would have dropped aleast some hints of it during the show and as obsessed fans that were are would have picked those hints apart. But there isn't any. I liked the idea that he could do it because he had the power to. Just to cause(as arsilverangel said) DOOOOMMMMM! It still doesn't seem like that though. That has no motive. At all. Plus why would he take 20 years to attack? If he had the power he could have did it right away. With the way John was. Yes the Demon did what he did but John was the one that became obsessed. His obsession is what caused it. So yeah the Demon was the flame that fueled the whole thing but John could have stopped after years of finding nothing. I've talked way to much. Lol....

Well we all know that the YED is gathering an army of the psychic kids across the US.
but I have a question about this. None of them were actually born with their powers. They just randomly recieved them. Why is that?
anywho, back on topic!
I agree with arsilverangel on this one, he's simply really really bored and says WOOT WOOT CHAOS!
but still, anyone else wondering about the randomness with the powers?

They just randomly recieved them. Why is that? anywho, back on topic! I agree with arsilverangel on this one, he's simply really really bored and says WOOT WOOT CHAOS! but still, anyone else wondering about the randomness with the powers? Maybe they are born with the powers or recieve them after until the demon attacks. but they don't kick in or start until a certian age(like puberty). Also if it was chaos wouldn't he have caused it already. also the demon seems so organized like with the gather of his army. If he had the power why wouldn't get someone else to do it. Thats why i think that there is something higher then the demon. He is working for someone.

If it did i seriosuly missed it. But maybe the revenge comes along with taking over the world. We havent seen enough of the demon to know yet so.

It doesn't start at puberty because in Nightmare Sam says he got his powers 6 months ago, and I think everyone is aware that Sammy is (most gratefully) well past puberty.

They probably had their powers at birth (example: Rosie from Salvation) Rosie had slightly manifested powers before YED was supposed to visit her in Sam's vision. Most children are highly perceptive... like mentions of children being able to see spirits... stuff like that. So I'm sure they may have this kinda power when they're young but just don't know what it is. YED could have blocked the power from them when he visited.. then later on visited them in their dreams telling them to use the power for his evil plans.. who knows. It seems to be true with most children besides Sam. As for the powers all emerging when they were 23... that could have just been in Sam's case with the other 4 children born at the same time as him.. It could be a completely random age or whenever the demon had his plan set up.. So that they'd all be ready to fight around the same time. (example: The end of this season)

I didn't mean it would happen when puberty happens. It happens like puberty! Like it starts at a certain point then develops. So with Sam when he was 22(i think that was his age).

I know i read about it! But With Rosie we weren't exactly sure if she ahd powers. She said it as a figure of speech. So it could have been there or couldn't be there. We are not exactly sure.
