Well, hopefully it was Power Rangers who ripped off MegaMan and not the other way around. 'Cause it would suck if it turned out that ProtoMan was actually ProtoRanger. I remember watching the Power Rangers when I was a kid. And I know that MegaMan was relatively new when I was in preschool.
Ok, I've looked both of them up on Wikipedia. MegaMan first came out for the NES in 1987, while Power Rangers first aired in 1993. Which proves that ProtoMan came first. Yay! Also, it seems that Power Rangers was adapted from the Japanese tokusatsu* Super Sentai. As most people probably realize, most of the program was not dubbed, but refilmed with American actors, although most of the costumed fight scenes were dubbed, as well as the scenes involving their massive mechs, the "Zords" (or daikaiju and mecha, as they were called in the original Japanese). Like most children's action shows, they went on much longer than it seems possible, and are now in their fifteenth series, Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive. It's feels kinda weird to see the show today and think "I actually enjoyed this?'
*could someone tell me what tokusatsu means"?

Yes, but BreakMan is his secret alias in the game so that his identity is not blown...I guess that mouth cover is the ultimate disguise...xD

Heh, kinda like Mokuba Kaiba in episode six of Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series. (If you want to watch the whole series, go to dailymotion.com/littlekuriboh. Most of it is also on YouTube, but the first two episodes got deleted for copyright infringment. This has a lot of people upset and angry because YGO:TAS is really funny and falls under the category of satire, which is allowed and protected by copyright.)
