I'm going to take a crack at this, so how exactly do I make an iframe? Any good tutorials out there that won't leave me confused?

i wouldn't advise dont that, there not really the nicest things to use. Plus they usally look horrible.

Look at the other threads in here that talk about iFrames and it will tell you why not to use them for layouts.
