Greetings... this is your captian speaking...
It has come to my attention that I am the ONLY moderator working at accepting the applications and keeping the forums nice...
So... I'm looking to get some new ones...
2 or 3 qualified gaians will be accepted to undergo the required tasks...
If you would like to become a moderator of this wonderful guild...
Just answer me these few questions...
DON'T be too breif and please use complete sentences...

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I would like to be a moderator because I think that one person shouldn't have to do all the work for a whole guild without subordinates.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job?
In my mind a moderator is someone who answers requests and some questions and inforces the rules and if they need to bans people form a guild because of their actions.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
Well, I like having authority and excersising it, and I wish to become more active in the guild, as I think I would do the job well.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job?
A moderator's job is to enforce the guild rules, and the code of conduct. There job is to also see who is worthy of joining the guild, depending on the message they send.

I want to become a moderate to help the guild in all ways and im willing to help all the time . A moderate`s job it to help make sure the guild is running smothly and doing a good job.And make sure all members are following all rules.

Because I like to help and its not really fair to only have one person doing all that work

Making sure that people follow the rules, checking posts to make sure that they aren't breaking the Code of Conduct, and generally making sure everything is going well and that there are no problems

Well i want to be a moderator because i think with a guild like this we should have more moderators also i think that not just 2 or 3 moderators should have to do a job that may need more people,

In my mind i think of a moderator as being a person who answers question of any guild member, who advertises the guil and who keeps its rules in order.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
Because i think that all guilds should have many moderators to keep the rules enforced and i am a moderator in another guild so i know how to use all the systems and how to enforce the rules. And if i become a moderator , i will nogotiaite with the ppl who have broken the rules to make the punishment they receave somewhat fair.

To enforce the ToS and the guilds rules and have the punishment dealt out equal to all the ppl who have broken the rules.
I know i kinda repeated somethings , but i just wanted to cover that alot.

Why do you want to be a moderator?: I would like to help out the guild and it members by distributing order to those that tend to destroy the peace and all around environment of the guild.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job?: To protect the safety of the members of whichever forum/guild/group they moderate. If necessary, to distribute fair and swift punishment.
Light is but a mirror to those that don't wish to face themselves.

I think it's a good opportunity and this Guild is in dying need of more mods so I think I would be fit for the job.

Trying to make the guild peaceful,fun,active,and safe. By safe, I mean mods will make sure people who just came to the guild to flame,post pornagraphic pictures or just harass people will be cleared out.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I like being a leader, but not one of those leaders who shout orders at people, but make sure that everyone is cared for and is on the same 'wave length'. It would be a new and exciting experience for me and I could get to know a more authorative role and help it prepare for other leadership roles that I may apply for, either on gaia, the internet in general, or in real life.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job?
The Moderater's job is to keep the guild as lively and exciting as possible, by allowing those who are serious about being a part of a team/ group and keeping it alive, and offering new ideas and other things to the table. They also keep the rules enforced, and keep the flow of the guild going smoothly. They are there for any help, guidance, perspectives, etc, and they put a good deal of effort into keeping the guild as the best place to be... ok... I'm getting corny...so I'll end it here sweatdrop

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I want to be a moderator because I want to help people. I want to be able to make them feel comfortable in this guild. I want them to be able to come to me and report to me about a problem, and I want to be there to solve it. I want them to be able to enjoy it without being aroused. I want them to have fun and enjoy it, cause when you look at it from my point of view, everyone is supposed to like it here. I view a guild, this guild, as a place where people can remove their share of problems and while the moderators keep it a comfortable place.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job?
In my mind, is a person that is here to relax and enjoy their time, and at the same time, respect everyone here, even if they are just an ordinary memeber. Moderators' jobs are supposed to watch the intended guild for anyone who is not following the rules. I know we cannot solve every problem, but i think its a moderator's job to at the very least, solve ONE of them. Since, I am just another member, I will do whatever i can to help the guild. I plan to repay the kindness of letting me into the guild by relieving it in any way. That's what i think a moderator's job is.

I would like to be a mod because I want to make this guild fun for everyone. I want them to be comfertable here and make new friends who they can talk about FMA to. I also want to help this guild and make it better if need be.

A mod's job is to make sure that everyone is fallowing the rules and having a fun time. Also if there is a probleam they can help that person out. They should make sure that the guild is safe for everyone to enjoy.
