Exactly what the title says, with me I'm struggling between William Birkin, Albert Wesker, or Jack Krauser...I mean villains as in people, not as in liek Nemesis, Tyrant, and bosses like that, if a topic liek this ahs already been made ||Which it probably has|| then it will get locked or something, oh well...

A few of the ones you named in your poll, can't really be considered human. Atleast no anymore. Krauser and Wesker are basically creatures with human appearances. Saddler and Salazar are also creatures with human appearances.

True but they were considered villains, they still posed a threat to the player, but were more then simple zombies or Ganados, and as for wesker, he was at least human in the first game.

Yeah I know, I wasn't sure if oen was made or not. ||Ada is allied with Wesker though, so she is a villain, although a friend to Leon.||

After beating a certain game.. foget which one, you find a file and it describes all about umbrella and Ada didn't actually give Wesker any of the samples she actually found. Sha gave them to an organization against the rebirth of Umbrella. The exact opposite of what Wesker is doing. She is only considered a villain because she "Helps" Wesker. She only does that to get paid...

Yeah I know, plus Leon wouldve gotten his a** handed to him by Tyrant in RE 2 if it hadnt been for her, numerous times really...
