Before I start, let me say, I love this drawing. It's just a really nice picture. The eyes are adorable and I envy your wing-drawing-ability.
Okay, what should you do? I'd say some touchup, colour, post.
proportions- hands too small (should be same size as face when expanded), legs are short (should be about same lenght as upper body)
Also, the nose is a little far to the right. style, maybe? idk.
Even if you decided not to try and fix these, it'll still be a really nice piece.
colouring- I'd say coloured pencils. I'm not a huge fan of CG, so I'm biased. Sorry.
