well i think it is. because it is not respecting life. i do not believe that any human on earth should be able to decide if someone has a right to live or die, thats not our job. thats what God is here for.
and killing someone because he or she killed someone else is not really right anyways and is defently not a good example or thing ot do. its just not right....

I, myself am pro-life and for the death penalty.
I see a clear difference in protecting an innocent life and taking a guilty one.
God has the right to decide where they go after death, but all humans under God still abide by human law. If you break the law then you will be punished by the law.
I don't find sitting in a prison, watching TV and eating better meals than homeless people a punishment for murder and the like.
('Course I also believe that sex offenders against children should be castrated, but that's another issue. XP)
