Holy s**t! A FEMALE SPRITE says this: "Are you going to the Academy? Be sure to say 'Hello' to the receptionist, Emilia... Sigh... She's not only beautiful, she's got quite a head on her shoulders... I'm smitten."

Through all of my times playing, I've never noticed this before. That's so freaking awesome. They probably made a coding error and it was supposed to go on a male sprite. XD; Oh well!

This is probably just one of the many weird things and errors in Suikoden 2. Though many consider it to be one of the best RPGs ever created, it definitely has some of the worst grammatical, puntuation, spelling, etc., errors of any game for PS. Not only this, but it has lots of weird glitches and parts that aren't even translated!

What are some of the weird errors you've found, or some of the glitches you've experienced in Suikoden 2?

Trying to decide if the Thread subject is appropriate... I mean I have nothing against lesbians or gay people but this could have gone in Random. I dunno, I'll let Keo decide on this one. confused

Well, it could be a translation error, not necessarily a progamming error. However, stuff like that doesn't matter much, does it? It's the main storyline everyone pays attention to. biggrin

The most horrible glitch that I've ever come across in Suiko is the one in Tinto (Suikoden II) where you can't escape Gustav's house. You can run around the front portion of the house, but there's absolutely no way out unless you turn off your console.

That, and 2 hours straight of gaming WITHOUT saving. stressed

I probably could run into some stuff but I never really pay attention to the NPCs.

I remember that. They put stuff like this in Japanese games and Anime all the time, so I had a chuckle but thought nothing of it. If it was an error it was only in that they didn't realize what it was implying and forgot to censor it.

only thing i ever notice was some of the bad grammer but other than that, nothing out of the ordinary. there are some games that can't even spell 'favorite' right, they spell it like 'favourite' rolleyes
