Walkling through the forest, soon coming upon an old antique victorian house...Kovia was the new comers name, though she were still mortal she did not know what was held within such a beautiful home. A black hooaded cloak with a silver inner lining gracefully covered her body...Hood up you could only see her face for now...She advanced towards the house...

"Let the newcomer alone, she just arrived. We have to be sure that our guests are comfortable before dinner...." She smiled, maneuvering Kovia around the officious vampire. Haelia tossed her long chocolate colored hair over her shoulder and ushered the girl through the main entrance. "I hope you'll feel welcome..."

She spoke not a word merely responded with nods of her head...She looked around collecting glimpses of people and things within her mind... She adjusted her hood to keep her face hidden with the exception of her eyes...Something did not seem right about them but then again nothing seemed right about the world these days.

ooc: okay
The main hall, large by any standards, always made Haelia feel closed in, she prefered the outdoors, but she hid her discomfort well. "Your room is down this hall, I had our maid prepare it, though you are earlier than I expected you." The large oak door the were standing in front of was obviously ancient, but also very beautiful. The ornate carvings covering it were of various deamons in different situations, but they all depicted scenes of desire and pleasure. The room inside was gorgeous, and almost all faberics were silk, a black so deep that the empty midnight sky looked pale gray.

She wondered how they knew she was coming, although she did admire the room it was very beautiful and she felt as if she were home, although sshe had never been here before..."Thank you...Sorry but I never got nor gave you my name, My name is Kovie may I ask of yours?"She lowered her hood revealing, her long violet hair many shunned her for her features including her parents although she was born this way, her skin was very pale though still showed color. As she looked around the room her violet eyes scanned everything, she moved her hair to the side slightly revealing the mark upon the back of her neck, may had said it was the mark of the vampire . Given only to those of deserving and worthy at birth from the once were now few ancient vampires...

"Haelia. My name, is Haelia. Their message did not give you enough credit, darling. You are not beautiful. You are ravishing... stunning... Please, make yourself at home." Haelia trailed her forefinger down Kovia's temple and neck, stopping above the mark. "We are a very hated race, yes, but our kind is more graceful than that of any human. You will fit in nicely..."
As Haelia turned to leave six words hung lightly in the air, The end of mortality is nigh....

Kovia smiled"Why thank you..."her voice faded as Haelie continued to speak her touch sent chills down her spine, very cold chills . She turned to watch her leave she opened her mouth to ask her what she meant but the words could not come forth. Finally she spoke"Excuse me but you spoke of dinner, I am very hungry would it be to bothersome to ask when it would be?" her voice was soft like that of a child's yet smooth and sensual of a womans. She thought of what she meant by there race many things flew through her mind but she held her tongue . She was sure there would be time for that later on...

"In a few minutes, darling. I'll send someone for you." Haelia again asked her to make herself comfortable before she left. The door closed with a snap and there was a resounding echo as Kovia was locked in.

She nodded then heard the door click locking her in, she ran to it trying to open it she pounded upon it why wouldnt it open why would she lock her in ....she didnt know . She removed her cloak to reveal a long flowing black as night gown that faded into a black and silver corset that tied in the back. From her Corset creeped out whip scars upon her back, some very thick some thin. She checked her dagger tucked away into her guarder belt , black was its handle with a medium sized ruby placed with in the actual blade. her gown had a slit which made it easy for her to get to her dagger . That was all she was armed with...

The door unlocked and opened to admit a timid looking slave. His mussed brown hair was long enough to cover his eyes and his skin was blackened with soot and dirt. "My mistress has called for you, follow me if you will." He was tall and lanky, which made him need to duck as he led her out of the room. The entrance hall narrowed into a corridor at the end, and he led her through the archway at the back.

Kovia was entered the banquet hall and was greeted by a rather plump woman of aging years and grey hair. "Hello, dear. I'm Maggie, the cook. This here is your seat," she pulled a chair out for Kovia, "and Mistress Haelia will be out shortly." The smell in the room was overpowering, a rich red meat aroma that was simply mouth watering.
