WiFi is basically a wireless internet connection. It can be either wired or wireless (Although more commonly found in a wireless form)

There are a few things you can do to connect to WiFi.

1. Go to this website and search for a nearby area that has wifi.

2. You can buy this and hook it up to your computer. (DISCLAIMER:The computer must run Windows XP, or another program I'll find it later, or higher in order for it to work.)

3. Have a wireless internet connection. (via router)


When you have this connection set up you can setup the connection by starting up your game and selecting: WiFi settings

Then click: Nintendo WiFi Settings

Then: Click on an open connection or if you are using a Wi-Fi USB connector click on the bottom blue button labled: Connect to your WiFi USB connector.

If you are using a connection other then your USB connector click: Search for an Acces Point and you will connect to WiFi. Then Ok a few things and your on your way.

If you are using the USB connector: Follow the instructions in the manual.

I have a DSL modem and Windows XP, is that enough to make a WiFi connection if I buy DS/Wii Wifi USB Adapter?

so i have the non english version and no i cant read it would it be posable for me to conect with kids in Japan? 3nodding that would be cool mabey they could help me get past the 7th gym

One important thing: Using someone else's WiFi, unless it is a public place (Library, Mc Donalds, etc.), connection is ILLEGAL! You WILL get in trouble if you are caught.

On Wi-Fi, I traded with someone, and they somehow turned the chat thing off. How do you do that?
