So I have an MSD and I was wondering if and SD13 wig would fit her head? Is it that big of a difference in size or will it work being a little big(if so)? sweatdrop

An SD sized wig wont fit an MSD.
It's best to go by inch sizing rather than "SD-13" and other company sizings, due to the variation in head sizes within height ranges. But a wig for an SD-13 is unlikely to be small enough not to swamp an MSD head.

wig quality and style entirely depends on where you are looking. Some companies make MSD wigs in the same styles as they make thier SD wigs, like Leekeworld and Luts. Not all styles or course, but many of them. MSDs typically wear around a 7-8 size wig, so you are best off checking your head measurement before searching for a wig, then looking for one in the size range your head is.

A great site that you can find really nice wigs is www.dollmore.net.
There is a big varity of MSD wigs on this site. Really nice ones. ALso ebay occasionally has fantastic wigs (enter "7-8" (an msd's basic size) "wig".. and "dollfie" (sometimes this isn't even needed) and you will get some nice results. I hope this helps ^_^.
Only drawback is the shipping is like 20 bucks... but you will get your items super fast.
There is also www.volksusa.com , the shipping is not too bad, and the wigs are cute. Just make sure to get a msd size <3
