Has anyone lost gold somehow?
I have not bought nay thing all day....(thank the lord ^.^)
I was in the market but all i did was bid.....
I didn't win any bids because they would have sent a messege.......
YET
I
STILL
LOST
2k
Any one else been losing gold???
EDIT: As soon as I posted this I got the gold back =]

^____^ When you bid on an item, Gaia takes that gold to make sure that you'll have enough gold to pay the seller when you win the bid.
So~ you bid on an item, you lose gold.
The only way to get that gold back is if the seller cancels the sale or if another person outbids you.
If no one outbids you and the sale is not cancelled, you win the item. >3
So~ the gold disappeared because you placed a bid. It hurts, doesn't it? It's hard to watch so much gold disappear and not have an item in your inventory (yet) to show for it. D;
XD I lose gold~ but that's just because I always end up buying things from the marketplace. ^^;;

Oh I see so the more I bid the more gold I lose........
Well that is stupid!
When I was a newb I used to bid all the time and you would never lose gold for it!
If you don't have enough money for it they should just give it to the second highest bidder!
That really sucks cuz it worries me when my gold goes down.
Its like: OMG was I just imagining that I had 7k?! mrgreen

Ya know~ I swear there used to be a time when your gold wasn't taken away after a bid... but~ I just chalked that up to newbish ignorance. Maybe there was a time, or we both just didn't pay attention. XD

lol. i had that same thought when i bid for the first time.
It kinda blows but what can you do? I guess, its a safety against those that just bid to raise the price.

You should try bidding though~ you can often win items at very decent prices. ^^

You should try bidding though~ you can often win items at very decent prices. ^^ Listen to cabbi! You can sometimes get bargains from bidding! As for you Sundae that does suck Im sorry it happened

I bid sometimes, when the prices are reeeeal low.
Once I saw a coco for like 20g bid. I was like "HO SHEET."
I bid, but didn't get it 'cause next thing I knew it was up to like, 20k D`:
Speaking of 20g, I once bought a bao in the MP for 20g >:3
