Glancing over the home Aylana pushes her hair from her face. Looking at the paper in her hand she bites at her bottom lip, Kumoru did tell her to drop by at any time. Pulling at her long sleeve black collared top she tapped the door a couple of times. Stepping back she place her hands in the back pockets of her flare light blue jeans.
She was hoping to just visit for a bit, she didn't really have anything to do. She had already check on the workings of the bar, so now she just wanted to relax for a bit. What better way to relax then to visit one of her kids?

Kumoru looked up from his book, and glanced over at the front door as he heard a knock. It was unusual for him to get visitors, but as he set his book aside and got up to answer the door, the necromancer recalled that he had left his address in the directory at the Fa'e headquarters.
Wondering who might have decided to come pay a visit, Kumoru opened the doorway, and smiled and bowed as his bright blue gaze met a familiar face.
"Hello," he said, opening the door all the way and gesturing to invite Aylana in. "Please, come on in. Bhel was just in the living room with me, working on his coloring book."
At the sound of voices, Bhel looked up from where he sat on the far side of the living room coffee table from the door. Sitting up as straight as he could, he peeked over the top of the table to see who was at the door; only the top of his head down to his nose would be visible over the table from the doorway, but the young Fa'e's bright red horns alone would be a dead giveaway.

Stepping into the home she smiles alittle as she looks around "I hope you don't mind me coming by. I wasn't busy today and just wanted to pay my son a visit. Although I think I should have brought Cielra along just so she could meet her half brother." looking back at Kumoru she chuckles alittle.
Looking back towards the living room Aylana waves to her son then holds her hands out "Hey sweetie can mommy get a hug from her big boy?" now she was positive she should have brought Cielra with her. She was going to have to call up Diana and have her bring the kitten over.

Bhel promptly abandoned his crayons and struggled to his hooves, then ran across the living room and entry to hug his mother. In spite of his size and age, he was already starting to get stronger and a bit heavier, too, making him quite the hugger. The bull was all smiles for mommy, though.
The necromancer shrugged and allowed the door to shut slowly behind Aylana. "I did say you were welcome to see him whenever you wanted. I don't want to get between you and him."
Kumoru's home seemed small inside, as he had taken up most of the floorspace of the rooms with simple furniture, with the majority of the furnishings in the living room at least being bookcases. Though the living room had one window, it had been framed so closely with book shelves that it might be easy to miss anyway. The chairs and tables were clearly chosen for function over appearance, but they looked neither shabby nor uncomfortable. The exception to this was a large, well-worn leather chair that sat near the center of the living room, pulled up to the coffee table and facing away from the front door. Beside it, and the other sitting spaces, were stacks of books.
"Do you want anything to eat or drink?" the mage asked Aylana, glancing at the piles of reading material and edging towards them as though restraining the urge to run and move them all. "Feel free to sit down where you like."

Giving her son a hug she pulls her cell out of her pocket "True, would it be alright if I have one of my older adopted girls bring over Cielra? I feel bad now that I left her with her sister." pulling back from the hug she kisses Bhel's forehead "You want to meet your half sister? She a sweetheart, and I think you two will be good friends." standing she holds her hand out as she looks the living room over.
A small chuckle slip pass her lips, this place reminder her of the study back on the estate. It was alway liek this because of her parents. So she felt instantly at home just being around all the magic books.

Bhel peered up at his mother, blinking and flicking his tail as she spoke to him. He recognized the word "sister", and knew that at home, at least, "sister" meant Serif, who was loud and energetic and probably fun to beat up. Unless Mommy meant Mitsu?
The bull Fa'e settled for looking mildly confused but interested nonetheless, to see what Aylana was talking about. Why did grown-ups have to use such big words?
"Sure, that's fine," Kumoru replied, knitting his fingers together as he suddenly realized that this would be quite a social get-together - meaning more than one other person besides himself.
"Oh, does she like palak paneer, by the way?" the mage asked. "That Indian spinach stuff with bits of cheese in it? Bhel loves the stuff, and he usually gets hungry about this time of afternoon, so if you think Cielra would like some, I can heat up a little extra."

Glancing up at Kumoru she shrugs "She a cat, so I think she might. Not really sure though." flipping her cell open she dials the number of Diana. It only ran twice before she heard the voice on the other end "Hey sweetie think you might bring Cielra over? Yea, that the place. Okay I'll see you in a bit." hanging the phone up she place it back into her pocket.
Holding her hand out she chuckles "Bhel sweetie want to head back into the livingroom?" she just wanted to sit and relax for a few because she knew once Cielr and Diana arrive it was going to get interesting.

Bhel reached out for his mother's hand with both of his own, and waited to see where she would go. He thought about letting her lead him where she wanted to go, then decided he should show her his coloring book. So, babbling a few incoherent baby-talk words, Bhel tried to lead his mother over to where he had left his coloring book.
Knowing that he would be largely ignored by his own Fa'e for the time being, Kumoru awkwardly shifted his feet a little and glanced over at Aylana.
"Want me to put on some water for tea?" he asked.

Following after her son she nod towards Kumoru "That would be great, I haven't had tea in awhile." taking a seat she looks over the coloring book "Bhel this is so pretty." poking his nose lightly she looks over when she heard the knock to the door.
Diana was bouncing her baby sister on her hip. With her hair pulled back she was making face at the little kitten. She was humming to the tune of Moonchild by Bennie K. Cielra head was on her shoulder looking towards the foor, with her small thumb in her mouth she was curious as to what this place had in store for her.

Kumoru opened the door to admit the newcomers, bowing to Diana as she came in. The necromancer realized that he probably had more visitors under his roof right now than he had ever had since moving into this place.
"I was going to make some tea," he offered to Diana, "If you'd like some as well? And does the little one want anything to eat or drink?"
Bhel smiled as he picked up his crayons one by one off of the floor and put them up on the coffee table, while his mother praised his artwork. The toddler thought that his dinosaur coloring book truly brought out his creative spirit, so much that it could not quite be contained within the lines of the printed drawings.
He wondered if it would do the same for his mommy. When he got to the last crayon, a purple one, he offered it to Aylana instead of putting it on the table.

Aylana smiles to her oldest then shook her head. She knew her daughter far to well to knwo she was checking Kumoru out. Making a face at Diana she chuckles as she turns back towards her son. "Be right back hun" standing she walks over holding her hands out towards Cielra.
The kitten mew leaping into her mother's arm. Curling close to her she starts purring instantly her tail moving with joy. Looking up at her mother she pats her cheek lightly as Aylana turn back towards the table where Bhel was "Bhel I like you to meet Cielra."
The kitten eyes watch the boy with curiousity, he wasn't someone she met before. She only knew one person and that was Nova. Mewing she looks up at her mother then back at Bhel giving him a small wave with her hand.
Diana chuckles then shakes her head "As much as I would like to stay, I must be going. I have exams to study for. It was nice to meet you though. Mum I will talk to you later." giving Kumoru a wink she turns leaving as fast as she arrived.

Kumoru was well aware that he was being checked out, particularly when the young lady winked at him. His eyebrow twitched slightly when he first made the observation, but beyond that, the mage simply kept his features smooth and his manner polite as he saw her off.
"Ah, pity you cannot stay," he said, bowing to her as she left. "It is extremely rare that I have so much company like this. Good luck with your exams?"
After she had left, Kumoru paused briefly to smile at Cielra, Bhel, and Aylana, then disappeared into the kitchen.
Tilting his head to the side, Bhel peered at the new arrival with rather intense curiosity. ... This person certainly did not look like anyone the bull had yet met.
After a few moments' consideration, Bhel flicked his tail once, then picked up one of his crayons and offered it to the little cat.

Chuckling Aylana sat Cielra down next to Bhel. She watch the small kitten observe Bhel for a moment before she took the crayon. With a smile she turns heading towards the kicthen.
Cielra looks the crayn over purring slightly before she mews looking at Bhel. Her tail move slowly behind her as she watch the other kid. She was curious as to what was suppose to be done with the crayon.
Aylana lean against the door frame for a moment before she chuckles moving into the kichen "Sorry about Diana, she sometimes forgets her manners. She really is a total sweetheart" pushing her hair away from her face she place her hands behind her back "Is there anythig I can help you with?"

Bhel picked up his coloring book and set it on the coffee table, on top of the rest of his crayons. Then he caught sight of the book his guardian had been reading. Momentarily forgetting about Cielra, the bull walked over to pick up the brown leather-bound book Kumoru had left open and face-down on the other end of the table.
Once he had filled the kettle with water, the necromancer set it on the stove and turned on the gas. It hissed softly, and the sparking mechanism clicked somewhat futilely as it failed to light the gas.
Kumoru sighed heavily and frowned at the stove, and whispered a few words to cast a quick fire spell to light it before he stood straight again and turned to Aylana in the doorway. The stove sparked a magical shade of purple for a few seconds before settling into a flame of more normal size and color.
"Don't worry," he replied. "Only a lack of manners on my own part would be unforgivable. She caused me no trouble." The mage glanced quickly at the stove as it spat one last bright purple spark before looking back to Aylana. "And thank you, but it's quite alright. Tea is not particularly involved. It sort of makes itself for the most part."

Aylana frowns slightly watching the ire remembering what it was like to actually use magic. With a light chuckle she steps closer toward him "True, but then there are the cups. Please let me help you?" pouting slightly she tilts her head to the side.
Cielra mews watching Bhel for a moment, carefully leaping off the chair she darts over to where Bhel was. Climbing up to her hind leg she sniff at the book before looking at Bhel pointing at it alittle. Was that what she usethe crayon on?
