(This is a private rp between me and neokitsune, between Mami and Sondreas, so please do not post unless we say so!)Mami ran about through the fields, sniffing at the blooming flowers. She absolutely loved spring, everything was always so new and vibrant and bright! Plus she was finally able to get away from the family and get some much needed alone time. She loved her papa and brother with all her heart, but she really needed her space!

"yes, go over the forest and into the fields."
"you'll find here there."
The words of the flowers rang in Sondraes' ears once more as he trotted smoothly over the ground, his striped tails wagging behind him slowly as he did so. It was for the sake of his own amuzement that he followed what the flowers said, after all they were rarely wrong. This day his paws lead him over to a different place entirely, a feild he'd never seen before, filled with flowers who's whispers made his ears tingle and who's beauty made his heart swell up brightly. So THIS was where? Hmmmm...

Mami continued to frolick about until she finally flopped over to lay down and she laughed a bit as she rolled around, pawing at some of the flowers, enjoying the sun on her yellow fur.

Trotting into the middle of the field and flpping down, he could hear the squeals of some flowers as they were smooshed and the laughter of others at the predicament of their companions. It made him chuckle and he slowly worked his way through the flowers to find out why they were squealing.
"Hello?" His deep voice called out over the flowers, making them all go silent for a bit.

Mami stopped her laughter when she heard a voice and she rolled to her belly and her large ears perked up. Looking about, she called out, "Who's there?" She had to be cautious, she normally wasn't alone.

Both of his ears pricked up sharply and his red glowing eyes seemed to glow brighter. A female.
"My name's Sondraes." Was the simple response as he took in the brightly colored female before him. She was stunning, just like a flower.

She stood up as she got a good look at where the voice was coming from. A dark colored male she had never seen or met before and her tails wagged slightly, a small blush on her face, "Oh, uhh....I'm Mami, it's nice to meet you!"

"Hmm... Mami? You look just like a posey... or a few of them actually." Sondraes' eyes wandered over all her colors and marveled. The star on her forehead really caught his attention though, as he had a marking on his forehead as well. Though his was a little bit more.... drastic.

Her blush grew when he said she looked like some poseys. Her whole face went red when he seemed to be staring at her. She sat down and fidgetted with her paws, "So, umm....are you new? I have never seen you around before."

"New to what?" Draes asked as he watched her blush spread over her colorful cheeks. "You know that's cute right? The roses are a little jealous of how red you are though." He laughed and lifted one of the roses up for her.

She blinked over him calling her cute and then again when he said the roses were jealous. She took the rose and looked at it, her ears twitching, "How....do you know if the roses are jealous?" she asked, confused.

"Well... the rose told me." He said with an innocent gaze on his face, as if he didnt' understand why she didn't know that the flowers were talking to him.

She tilted her head a bit, a bit confused over him saying the rose told him. But she didn't think him crazy, she had heard of many different Kitsus having many different abilities, "Really? The roses told you? You can talk to flowers?" she asked, tilting her head.

"Yeah, can't you talk to flowers?" He asked as his glowing red eyes blinked in slight confusion. He'd never really gotten to know his siblings, so he didn't know if either of them could or if either of his parents did. As it was he just assumed they could. So... maybe he was wrong?

She shook her head as she gently laid the rose down, "No, you are the first I have ever heard about to be able to talk to flowers. What did they say?" she looked about and gasped at the ones she had smashed and smooshed when she was running around, "Did I....kill them?" she asked, her voice wavering.
