From wherever they might have come from, select personages, minding their own buisness, and wandering their own worlds were suddenly greeted by an alien flying lizard, or what some might recognize as a 'dragon'. this 3 and a half foot long, creature was covered in irridescant purple scales. crazed, beady eyes locked breifly with a certain unfortunate being, and it's muzzle broke into a toothsome grin, bearing rows of needle-like fangs. Suddenly, both the creature and it's unfortunate victim disapeared, and the interloper now found His / Herself standing in the middle of a deep forest. It was night, and it was raining softly. odd sounds emitted from the thick jungle-like underbrush. And drifting from the darkened skies, came a mischievious chuckle, followed by a whisper of insane plottings. Then all fell silent. The trees were immensly tall, stretching towards the heavens with their silvery purple tinged branches. The equally metalic leaves glittered in the fain light, and a smell, not unlike a strange mixture of chestnut and cinnimon, wafted through the damp air.

For the first time in his 20 years of life, Argentum was afraid.

He had always been calm, rarely getting angry or even upset. When the lizard creature had appeared, then seemingly brought him to this strange forest, his heart was beating so hard in his chest he felt like he could die. This fear truly scared him more than the fact that he was in a foreign forest. More than the strange laughter and and whispers he had heard.

Crouching low, he gripped his silver hair, breathing heavily. His slender form trembled slightly as he tried desperately to calm down. After a moment, he had control over his breathing, but his heart was still beating hard. He shivered, then stood, his two different coloured eyes norrowed, the pupil of his bright, glowing green one slitting. He tried to calmly study his surroundings, but looking at the strange coloured plants made him feel like panicking.

Argentum was lost and scared, and he didn't like it.

( I swear, that is the BEST RP post I made in a long time O_O)

A gentle chiming sifted through the trees herralding the approach of an elegant white figure, even in the darkness he was easy to see, his metalic silver hair brushed against his white robes, small braids arfully twined feathers and beads which created the soft almost musical sound as he moved. His pale ice-blue eyes gazed in concern at the anguished stranger. Illusor approached calmly, kneeling a short distance from Argentum and gazing into the young man's eyes, "Are you alright?" His calming voice intruded upon the remnant's thoughts. His presence was anything but threatening, and the sincerity of his concern was easy to note.

Marka sneezed. He hated humidity. It did nothing for him and only made him weary and tired. He muddled along the brush, wanting nothing more than to curl up and let the hot damp air take him from his misery. Of course it was only probably hot to him. The rain never did anything good for him. He heard noises, but he really didn't care. He cotinued to stumble along and found himself suddenly in the company of two people he hadn't seen before. He blinked. "Oh um...sorry." He excused himself quietly. God knos he didn't need to intrude upon something that could get him in trouble.

Illusor glanced up as Marka approached, his gaze mildly curious, when the healer's silvery-blue eyes met Marka's Grey ones he smiled. "Don't worry, you are not interupting." Illusor assured him calmly, "It seems you are both lost, I would like to offer my assistance if you would permitt me." He nodded to both of them, his manner freindly and unhurried, "I am rather familiar with this area, and I am more than willing to offer hospitality and shelter. My name is Illusor Meaneld, I am a healer." He added with a gentle smile. It was very difficult not to trust the man.

Marka blinked slowly. Healer? That sounded nice. He didn't mind a little assistance if it got him out of the horrible weather. Well, horrible weather to him. He looked down at the younger one and noticed something that was common in the two. They both had silver hair. At least he didn't feel as awkward. Since silver wasn't entirely too common. Or at least it hadn't been in the past. "Are you...related?" He asked, smacking himself mentally as he recalled the unattached 'it seems you're both lost', that the man had spoken to them with. "Nevermind..." he added. "I'm tired and out of it...just ignore me. I would appreciate your help though."

Illusor smiled at Marka's breif mistake on relations. "Do not be embarassed," the healer gentle coaxed the young man, "It is an easy mistake to make, Hair of a metallic shade is not often particularly common in many places." He stood easily, offering a hand to the silver-haired man before him, the healer's gaze passed over to Marka, extending the same invitation. "If you would care to follow me, I can provide you with both shelter and food."

Ermak had been racing down the craggy cliffs of Al K'vesh, A small group of Vampires fleeing his wrath, it had been a long chase but the Brude had finally driven them into a dead end, the trap was closed, all was good.... until the moment he'd felt the claws dig into his shirt. the smell of Cinnimon and Chestnut was a dead give away. The Brude whirled snatching at the small purple beast as it cast it's infamous teleport spell, but he was just as split second too late. A moment later he found himself on Matri, It was raining... great. Ermak sighed heavily, he really would have to do something about the Minidragon he decided, this wasn't the first time the wanna-be dragonette had whisked him away from his tasks, and he had the distinctive feeling it wouldn't be the last. Shaking his head he sent water-droplets spinning around him. Taking a moment to gaze about him the Brude noted with some curiosity that he'd been dropped off in one of Matri's scattered towns. Taking a few steps forward he found himself stepping out of an alley-way into the main streets, it was still dark as it was night-time. and the rain didn't help the visability, Ermak's slitted eyes widened sharpening the detail around him to accute precision. The very next moment he wished he hadn't. The blood drained from the normally confident Brude's face, his eyes widened in true and utter horror, "Oh...." His curse was interupted by a litteral squeal of excitement, as the same set of figures Ermak had spotted noticed him in return. The call was repeated down the streets until the entire Town likely knew of his presence. Pure instinct kicked in and Ermak started running. How... HOW had he not realized it sooner? He kicked himself mentally, "This is 'byssal Parte'!" He snarled aloud, the City of Parte' the town of fangirls, and fanboys... and the Capital of 'male rape' on the Planet of Matri, Nimbly dodging the overly excitable figures Ermak found himself getting the most unusual of workouts. Why did Matri have to be populated with Shape-Shifters? He moaned as his assailants started getting more inventive the closer he got to the edge of town. Ermak was good, Ermak was VERY good. but even he had a hard time with over a thousand rabid bishounen hunters who all were willing to team up on a single unfortunate. A few moments, and the loss of more than a few articles of clothing later Ermak burst from the mass of people and fled top-speed into the forests. Feral dragons and Beasts of Misery had NOTHING on Parte', he affirmed, pausing breifly to pant for breath. Ermak was going to have to have Angel or Blaster retreive his clothing for him. He wasn't in the least foolish enough to attempt Parte' at night. The Mini-dragon would Definetally pay for this one... He vaguely heard her cackling laughter in the night, and he simply smiled, his time would come.

Pharallah heard the loud sound of something running in his direction. It didn't sound like an attacker but in these woods anything was possible. He deftly pulled a bow. The closer the runner got the more it was obvious they were fleeing not attacking. Pharallah pulled another bow and quickly puncture it on one end of a blanket. He puntured the other through the camoflage cloth and shot both arrows at and angle to the oncoming person. The arrows hit into the trees just after the person stopped to catch his breath, the blanket fell flat obscuring the runner from the sight of anything that still may have him in their sights.

"You know, that's a bad direction to be running from." He said idly, making his presence aware. He was standing in the tree above the runner. "I fired some decoy arrows in another direction, so if there are any still after you, they'll get thrown off. To come around here without some sort of camoflague is asking for it. Who knows when you'll get randomly attacked. So I'm guessing you're not here by choice."

Ermak heard the bow, and the arrows, but didn't even flinch as the projectiles rushed past him. He glanced up at the human before him, A newcomer, and a competant archer, but a 'newcomer' nonetheless, Ermak could smell it, plus no Matritian worth his socks would assume that Fangirls could be dissuaded by decoy arrows. "Camoflauge eh?" Ermak muttered taking one glance behind him and noting the cloth 'sheild'. "Pardon me in advance for this." He told Pharallah even as he moved, The Brude was amazingly fast, and this time made no noise as he rushed forward to the bowman, Without warning he grabbed Pharallah bodily around the waist, leapt backwards with a flip to land right next to the 'camoflauge' blanket, and fell to the ground, with Pharallah underneath him, muttering under his breath, "Three, ... two... one..." The screeming that they'd been able to hear in the distance, roared to an intensity as the mob of fangirls plowed right through the 'camoflauge' blanket, knocking it on top of Ermak and Pharallah, and racing right over them without noticing. Ermak winced as he took the entirity of the weight from the mob. it was almost a full minute before their tramping feet stopped crunching over his person. He smiled, "Sorry about that.... You must be new around here, ... that was fangirl logic you were trying to foil... meaning it was nonexistant." Ermak pulled back throwing the blankets off and sitting himself on the ground a few feet from the man he'd 'assaulted'.

Pharallah stood up and twitched and irritated eyebrow. "That wasn't to deflect them idiot, that was to give you a chance to change direction. Gah I've been outrunning them for weeks like that you gasfragh!" Pharallah went on gibbering a mess of language he probably wouldn't understand. People tended to not understand Makian language anyway, only Makians would know and half of the time he didn't know what he was saying anyhow. He waved his arms irritaingly. "You know I realize the amount of intelligence of these people. After all I'm better conversing with a blasted ROCK! However when attached to those arrows are items that fangirls dream of I think they work rather nice. When the person actually catches on to what I'm doing!"

He snorted and recovered his arrows and cloth. He effortlessly hopped up into the tree's branch above him. "Now you've block me next path. Crap. I have to make a new path to get around this stupid town."

Ermak chuckled, "This worked MUCH better trust me!" He told the indignant man, He'd first thought Pharallah was human, now he wasn't as sure, closer inspection said he didn't smell right,... "Well if you wanted to go AROUND Parte', why didn't you just say so?" Ermak inquired with a grin, "That's not so hard once the screaming mobs aren't about." He chuckled softly, "Where ever are you headed newcomer? You don't have the smell of Matri on you... I've been here before, perhaps I could help you out!"

In a better established brothel a seemingly young woman sat back in a comfortable chair chatting amiably with a silver haired green eyed man. Simply chatting. This in itself was somewhat unusual for the nature of the town and place in general, but the two were actualy mother and son, though one would never guess from the apparent reversal in ages. Suddenly the woman sat up and looked alert.

"What is it mom?" Drakian asked as a grin lit up the woman's face.

"I think I just heard Ermak screaming." She paused for a moment closing her eyes. "Yup, I did I did hear Ermy screaming." She said with a small laugh

"Do you think we should go help him?"

"Oh indubitably, but not right now... let's put a little fear into him first, he doesn't get unsettled enough. Besides, The Scaly Me has been up to trouble and frankly I'm not going to step out into the rain until I have to. I might catch a cold." She said with a slightly diabolical smirk.

"Mom, we both know you've never caught a cold in your life, and you've been in much worse weather and situations."

The War Mage Extraordinare simply grinned and let loose a giggle familiar to all the Minidragon's victims.

Keier stepped through the portal, his boots crunching softly into the leaves and sticks of the Matritian forest's floor. He gazed around him, wrinkling his nose at the strong Chestnut scent that the rain brought out. He also didn't much care for the rain itself, it felt colder on his skin, his higher natural body tempurature had it steaming off him, which in turn made him feel clammy. He glared up at the offending sky, Why in the Abyss was it raining? With a muttered oath his Uncle would no doubt appove of, he summoned his own magical energy, muttering a few words in a tongue that made Mortal ears cringe, he waved at the sky with one clawless hand, wishing he'd thought to assume his demon form before entering. Magic was so much easier when he wasn't restrained in his Human form. Sure enough a moment later the offending droplets ceased their downward journey, fizzling out leaving just a dark cloudy sky as testament to their prior presence. Keier vaughly remembered one of his Uncles mentioning something about the weather on Matri, but he shrugged it off. Couldn't be that important, the weather was easily changable.

Or so it seemed at first. Then there was a significant thunderclap and the rain began to fall harder. A lightning bolt sreaked from the heavens and struck the young demonic beast. "Who DARES mess with my weather!" Demanded a somewhat shrill voice. A woman's shape formed in the clouds, and noting the look of pain on the demonic creatures face, she made a small noise of Triumph. "Aha, I've managed to injure one!" Then as she studied the offender, she blanched realizing just WHO she'd hit. "EEP!" she screamed suddenly fleeing. She hid in one of her own personal pocket dimensions, and while Kaer likely had the ability to track her down, it really wasn't worth his time.
