E arth. Terra. Gaia. There are many names, many interpretations. One thing remains common amongst them all and that is the life giving qualities. The soil allows green plants to grow, the animals that live upon the soil eat the plants, and other land-dwellers eat these creatures. Eventually everything dies and is returned to the Earth, providing fertilization and perhaps something more and the cylce begins again forever.
The Earth is giving, providing food, providing air, minerals, formations underground that contain pure water. It provides us with all we need to survive.
The Earth is also cruel. Crushing rockslides, devistating earthquakes, volcanos, and seemingly bottomless sinkholes.
The Earth gives and the Earth can take.

This tends to make it difficult for him to emote - it's not that he can't, he just doesn't. At times he may seem distant and a bit aloof but really he is a kind and gentle soul deep down. He tends to get frustraited when something begins getting difficult and has a bad habit of giving up easily.
When he does show emotion it's pure and strong. He is at his happiest browsing through a flea or farmers market. He is just as content having an animated conversation with someone as he is sitting comfortably beside them and reading.
Bran is a health-food nut, preferring to have 'natural sugar' than the artificial stuff. Cooking is one of his deep passions, and he secretly wants to either work at a restaurant, own one, or own a catering service.Hobbies : C ollecting odds and ends, cooking.History : H e has yet to share anything with anyone. T he shelf... where Bran keeps everything. Pictures of Hlao when she was younger, photographs friends have given (placed in unique picture frames) and his massive collection of knick-knacks. (Really it's not just one shelf. He keeps all these things in various places all over the apartment, I've just represented them all with this one manifestation.) A Bunny Jarmono from n a m i d a`DROP. Bran found it while window shoping one day and decided he needed a fuzzy pet. It's especially great because it doesn't need to have it's jar cleaned and eats carrot shavings! He's named it Chiisa.
