I've only been there for 2 years, Saturday only.. and only for a couple hrs..
because the people I went rushed me out..
how does it look at night?
... I'm going all weekend with a large group.. and none of them seen F-anime at dark.

Last year we were hanging outside the rave and people in the Marriot moon'd us.
....besides that it's great. Especially when it's so late people are passed out all over.

Depends on how late you're there. They usually have some late-night anime screening, gaming, and the dance going on.

I got offered a beer at 3 in the moring and saw chuck norriss and jesu chirst fight. They leave the halls open and if your older you can go watch hentai. Night is fun but mid day is better.

Fanime at night is the best. Most of my awesome memories take place late at night just wandering around.
There will normally be a lot of people in the Arcade since it was in its own room last year.. I have noticed that last year there was a HUGE surge in the amount of people that wander around at night. It's nice, but eh.
As for mid-day, there are usually a LOT more people, and remember~ Mid day to sunset are going to give you the BEST pictures, so checking out the cosplay gatherings at that time would be a good idea if you like taking awesome pictures. *shifty eyes*

Mid day is where I made must of my friens. Seeing people cosplay is awlasy fun. The best of all Gaia Panel duh.

The lights are bright at night at Fanime...
Fanime is fun...people walking around... folks giving massages in a circle... and some folks ask you to kick them in their family jewels...
Good times happen at night...
Just be with a group or you might get scared.

As Someone thats been there since it was back at the Red Lion in 1997..
Don't ever stay there alone at night.. Odds are someone that smells like
a weeks old sweat and dead cat will try to pick up on you.
And Piece of Advice, Bring extra socks, and throw away the old ones >.<
But Fanime at night is calm, never once have I seen it too active except
for the DDR Machine, and after "Der Cosplay". Breath Mints, Deodorant, Eye drops, tylenol, and a possible sandwitch (optional). You wallet will
be empty by the end of the day if your a bad shopper crying
