Honestly, the cat tail and the items from the same set. But mostly the tail. First of all, it's such an ugly color of mustard yellow, that doesn't go with anything XD; And there's something weird in the way it was drawn/pixellated that makes it less smooth than other items, so it matches even less. And I see so MANY of the damn things in the Arena, that don't match at ALL with the rest of the avatar. I've just...grown a pretty big dislike for the stupid cat tail XD;
Also, the giant eyeballs. I love them, but it's hard to make an avatar with them ^^;

Sun staff...
I don't think I've ever seen anyone truly pull it off.
Except one time I made an avi with it in it and put it in the arena
and got a lot of good comments about it. I got 19th place. o.o;
But still, I don't mean to sound arrogant or anything, but it was the
closest I've seen the staff actually come to looking good.
And still, it didn't realllyyy match completely.
Other than that, elegant veils. Ick... x_x I've tried to match them,
but they just look...ew... And emote masks and eyeballs.
wtf is the point... o.o Really...

The sets. I mean, G-LOL stuff can sort of work with other items, but the new 18th century stuff doesn't work with anything. The corset top kind of works with the 90s pants, but barely. It's hard to get the sets to work in any other way. They have to be portayed by themselves. It's ridiculous.

The monthly collectibles each have their month to be overused in the arenas. All of the free event items do thhe same, too, for a while.
Emote masks and eyeballs are so big and *boom it's there*, that they're really hard to match and look good in the arenas.

what is the big deal with matching any way?
to me it dose not really matter if it matches or not just as long as it looks good.
and of corse another thing i try to stress the ONE thing that matters the most is that the user likes it.
edit:im not talking about just the arena but any wher and every where on the site.

Well, I guess it doesn't matter so much, but according to a friend, I'm a match whore. xD Which reminds me, I need to change my avi for the 5th time today. ._.;

I would love Mimzy if it was light pink or blue... But now I cannot put it in my avatar since its colours are so different.
I like Mochi, it was my first "plushie", but it doesn`t go with anything. Same with Sun Staff, that I have tried to use but in vain.
Matching is not my main goal (as you can see), but it would be nice to have an avatar where eyes can rest or something like that. 3nodding
