anyone else have a winter percussion group?
(kinda like a mini field show with only percussion, and in a gym)
My school just got one, and its going really slowly. we were going to join in a comp. this year, but we weren't ready soon enough, so we have to wait till next year.

You just started? Our season just ended Saturday night when we went to championchips... do you know what circuit you're in?

my highschool has one and we preformed with the winter guard last year.

Cisum You just started? Our season just ended Saturday night when we went to championchips... do you know what circuit you're in? I dont know, but the championships just ended, we went and watched to see what we were getting ourselves into.

My school also started one this year and we also we were going to compete this year but decided against it. We've having trouble supporting ourselves right now though as when sports changed form winter to spring people got really flakey on dedication.

My school has/had one, our season is done now for competitions but we still preform for the public.

our winter perc. is gunna perform at a concert our band is having next month. . . we are soooo not ready... xd

My school does not have one but i go to another school that does! We got 3rd in state chamionships this year!! I love it! we call ourselfs Paramount percussion! heart

Yeah! =D Our season ended a week or two ago though. We had two guys spinning rifles too, it was cool. It was fun though, we got second in championships! =D

Our season ended in April, and we did amazing!
We had a really small pit, and every doubted that our group would do well.
6/7 pit members were new.
We got first place at state in our class, which was the biggest group of ensambles.
… And where can I download one?

our Winter Percussion group took 6th in Nationals. ^.^

This was our second year with an Indoor Percussion group, and we moved up to a new division. We ended up 4th out of 12 at championships, which wasn't too bad, but i think our show was cool because our theme was "The Storm". We had a visual team with umbrellas, lots of cool voice overs and a good score.

my skool has/had one but we got pwned last winter : ( 3rd place first competition (which happened to be on my bday) and last the place the rest of the time including championships. and i thot our show was cool even tho we didnt have actual props till championships sweatdrop oh well theres always next year : ) i wouldve loved to see the year before last while i was in eight grade lol the drumline did a "vampire hunter" type show hehe
