 A small island off the coast of Sinnoh, available to exploration via ferry from Canalave. A strange figure has been seen wandering the island, a Lucario by his side. Pokemon appearances (7 posts, then roll 1 6-sided dice): 1= Zubat 2= Golbat 3= Beldum 4= Graveler 5= Onix 6= Steelix Mods can make Riolu appear. Brayden smiled as he saw the island come into view. It really seemed like a desolate place. And a great place to train. The rocky ground would definitely test his endurance, however, he realized with a grimace as the boat pulled into the small dock on the island.
After thanking the sailor who had brought him there, and promising that he'd be back before the man decided to go home again, Brayden set out to explore the island.

He had a feeling that he wouldn't have any trouble with the wild Pokemon in the area, however, he knew better than to rest easy. His journeys so far had taught him that quite well.

Brayden entered the darkened corridor of the caverns, and was a bit suprised to find the remnants of what looked to be a construction project. What looked like oil drums and piles of supplies lined the corridor as he looked to them curiously, wondering what was their purpose.
"Hm... that's odd. They look really old, though," he mused.
"Wonder if they gave up on the project?" However the mountain gave him no answers, as Brayden decided to move onward.

What Brayden didn't know upon entering the mountain that a familiar trio of trainers were currently positioned there, along with their boss. However, they were quick to notice his arrival. "Seems we have a little wanderer..." Jupiter sneered. "Not worth our interest..." "Wait..." Saturn paused, getting a closer look at Brayden as his image appeared on the monitor the four were currently gathered around. "I think I recognize him..." "Isn't that one of the brats from Stark Mountain?" "Couldn't be, I don't remember any of the boys having black hair." "He looks kinda like that Vulpix kid, though..." "The one Notaro brainwashed?" "Yeah..." "You know.... I think I see it too..." The conversation went on for another few moments, before the order was given to wipe out the intruder. The first to appear was Jupiter, who stood in front of Brayden, sneering. "Orders from the top, we're taking you down!" she declared, pointing to Brayden with a laugh. Jupiter has challenged Brayden to a battle! Brayden's eyes widened as he realized he was cornered by one of the admins of Team Galactic. However, his shock was soon overcome with a faint smile as he reached for his Pokeballs. This was one challenge that wouldn't go unanswered!
"I've been meaning to get back at you guys for going along with Lance!" he declared, calling Gin'iro to his side as he faced off against Jupiter's Bronzor.
"We're going to be the one's to take you down!" he promised, motioning the Ninetails forward.
"Gin! Use Fire Blast!" Brayden called to the silver fox, who nodded, eager for battle as he dashed forward into the fray. The Ninetails inhaled, releasing a fiery blast of energy at the Bronzor.

"Uh oh, Gin, wake up, buddy!" Brayden called, as the silver fox slumped to the floor, dozing peacefully, despite the danger they were in.
"Come on, partner!" Brayden attempted, "Use Fire Blast once more, and he's toast!"
However, it was no use. The Ninetails slept on, its tails curled around Gin'iro's body as the fox snoozed rather than attacking.

"Well, if you first don't succeed," Brayden mumbled, straightening as he watched Gin'iro sleep.
"Come on, one more try, Gin'iro! Use Fire Blast!" Brayden called, still trying to rouse the sleeping Ninetails.
This time, his words got through to the sleeping Pokemon, as Gin'iro awoke, blinking sleepily before realizing where he was.
Leaping to his feet, the fire fox released another scorching blast of flames at the Bronzor, earning his revenge.

Gin'iro stumbled, disoriented by the poison that still seeped through his veins. Brayden couldn't help a tinge of worry, as well as pain for his partner. It was clear Gin'iro was fighting the poison, however there was little he could do to stop its spread.
However, the Ninetails refused to be recalled, as Brayden felt a swell of pride in his friend. They weren't giving up just because it got tough.
"Alright, hang in there!" Brayden repeated, as Gin'iro darted forward again, "Another Fire Blast, let's keep at it as long as it takes!" he called.
