My thoughts on this are simple: how strong a movement do you have if you're dropping it? How many people want abortion if suddenly people are saying it's hurting their political campaigns to be pro-choice? I don't by any means believe it's the women getting abortions making these statements, but clearly the politicians sitting in office are thinking differently, so in reality the only people who may end up caring about abortion will be those getting it, how good an opinion is that? Not very good.

I was suprised though that anyone Pro-Roe is actually hurting themselves, at least that's what the article states. It's a good piece of information to say the least, but hard to swallow. Don't recent polls cite the majority of the country has yet again shifted to pro-choice? Very interesting.

Am I happy? Yeah. But of course now we're going to see if women really are going to be "driven to the backalleys". I guess now comes the sweating...

I don't go there anymore. To many of them, to many of the same pathos ejected arguments, to much politics (apparently alot of them think ill of me eek ) but whatever, all I can say is it probably will get spammy like the last one.

Yeah, I noticed this one girl was being a little...I better not say. Basicly she was inconciderate of all mens feelings. Funny part is that most of the Anti-lifers are girls, and they feel it's completely thier choice and that they have all the power. Thats not right I'm generalizing, but still.

The term is Pro-choicer. Not all of them support abortion, but they believe that a woman has a right to choose whether or not she wants to have a baby. We still have to respect the other side, even if they don't always respect us. Of course, I am Pro-life. I believe abortion is wrong, especially because the baby has no say in the mother's choice. Abstinence until marriage is the best way to prevent unwanted pregnancies. I also believe that abortion is not necessary unless the pregnancy might be fatal to the mother or the child. Sorry if I'm ranting sweatdrop . Anywayz, you know how the song goes!

OMG IF ABORTION IS ILLEGAL WIMMIN WILL DIIIIIIIIE!!1!11!

stare

If you're stupid, crazy and desperate enough to risk your life to not have to carry a pregnancy to term, get your bloody tubes tied. Carry a gun if you're so worried about getting raped. Use a d***o.
And they wonder why they're not respected or taken seriously.

Do they all understand where it says in there that some states will ban it but some won't, most likely?

I mean, I can still see being afraid, but, it's not like it's outlawing abortion country-wide. If RvW is overturned, the government can also say that it will cut funding to certain things in no abortion states because abortion would save money. Why is the drinking age 21 now? It's a state's choice, but why do they all do it?

The govt. cuts funding for their road system if they don't have it that way. RvW being overturned would be an excellent chance to use a line. "Don't like it? Don't live here." Which is a lot like, "Don't like it? Don't have an abortion." It wouldn't be a matter of leaving the country, like it is for people who are prolife and want to keep their families safe due to the crazily big parental involvement loopholes. It would be a matter of leaving the state.
