A NIGHTMARE OF LOVE
This nightmare called life
Is full of sorrow, pain, and strife.
Love is nothing but heartache in disguise
Waiting for you to let down your guard so it can scratch out your eyes
Then leave you bleeding on the beach shore
With a pain so deep you can't feel it anymore
So here I lie, dipped in blood and wrapped in a scream
Wishing it was all just a bad dream
I used to cry
I wanted to die
Alone in the dark where I could hide
As the space between the world and I grew wide
I was put out
Without a doubt
He ran away with you
And all hope of healing flew
Forever alone
And on my own
With nothing to share
And no one to care
I draw my last breath
