Appearance- Leonard is an average height, around 5'9", though a bit on the slim side, in his early-thirties. You wouldn’t know it from looking at him though, as he almost never goes out in public without a business suit on, and they make him seem slightly bigger. His dirty-blonde hair is kept short, and spiked up. His eyes are a light shade of blue, though they lack the brightness that some other people have. The features of his face are sharp and angular, and he seems to have a permanent frown on his face, which gives him a very unfriendly appearance.
Personality- Leonard is, in a word, dedicated. His time revolves around his work, and he has little time for friends or family. Not that many people would want to be his friend. Leonard has a pessimistic and sour attitude, and most people don't like to be around him after awhile. He doesn't hesitate to tell someone his opinion of them, mostly because he doesn't care what others think of him. He will do whatever it takes to get ahead in life, even if it's unethical. Despite his social flaws, he is a hard worker, and doesn't half-a** things.
