 (Please excuse the rough sketch!) Ok. i'm going to a cosplay event in September, and I want to dress up as Link from Legend of Zelda (duh), which is heaps of time to get ready. But I can't decide how to do it - I'm not trying to skank Link up for anything, but the Masculine way makes me look WAY fatter than the femmy one. (And we don't want no sumo links runnin' around.) My facial features allows me to possibly pull off both. I ask of your assistance & advice on different solutions to this conundrum. <3 Need a complete decision around 5th April.

as i said, im not trying to skank him up, i just dont want to look huge, cos im not exatly a small lady-im tall, but im not so lean, and my hips are rather out of place when dressing as a man
how would i do a genderless link?

Using makeup, you can make your face have traits that couldn't be described as male or female. As for the body, you can use belts or bandages to slim down your waist enough to not look masculine but not enough to be feminine.
But if you say you have wide hips, I'd surely try to make your waist look a little thinner to set a balance of sorts.

I think link should be a boy, because a male main charecter fits the storylines better in my opinion
