I miss having Food Network (got rid of satellite about two years ago) if only because Alton Brown taught me so much crying He was like the Bill Nye of cooking-show hosts!

but i also like Emerille and Rachael Ray domokun

AB is the shizzzznitttt!!!!!
He is amazing because he explains WHY he is doing things and he is soooooo funny!!!
I also love him as one of the commentators of Iron Chef America!!!
AB is AWESOME!!!
I think that Rachel Ray is a SPAZ, but she does make really good and entertaining TV!!!
Also...one last thing...

I really like Alton Brown, but Id' have to disagree on the Racel Ray thing. thinks shes great. Yeah she can get a bit loopy at times, but then again, who doesnt?

I watch the show whenever possible, but it comes on at like 3 in the morning, so...
And I dislike Rachael Ray. Her voice annoys me too much.

Where I am I get to watch a couple of episodes On Demand sometimes. But they don't update it that often.

AB is my favourite chef on Food Network. Seriously. xD
He's awesome on Good Eats and Iron Chef America. I like how he explains how it works, not just tell you to do this, this, and this to get this.

Alton Brown is my hero. I like how he explains the science, but also that he explains how to choose your items. He knows things that I, as a Midwestern girl, may not know, like how to open a clam shell. I also think that a man who is willing to put a camera in an oven deserves the peoples praises. blaugh
