This question has crossed my mind numourous times: Can't any of the CSI's have a normal life without anything bad happening to them? I understand having a plot for characters, but honestly. It seems to be bad luck to work at a CSI lab. Something terrible always happens.

Yeah, I know. I would just like to see the group have a run of good luck for once.

You have a good point. They all have bad luck.Like Catherine going to a bar and then having the guy hit her,so bad luck.

True...Nick and Catherine have the worst luck of all of them. But they all have really shitty pasts or things that have happened to them. But then again, most people have had something really bad happen to them. Do you think you would watch a show were everyone was incredibly normal and did the same thing everyday with no real plot movement or conflict?

Its not the fact that bad things happen, its just that they seem to ALWAYS happen. Just like Greg having the city settle his lawsuit to cut their losses, and now on next weeks show, the brother of the one that Greg ran over is in trouble and mom is after Greg. Why can't something bad happen to Conrad??

Why can't something bad happen to Conrad??Give it time. They'll make Ecklie feel the pain sooner or later. But I liked Keppler, so this argument has serious merit. gonk
