Whats best to learn first i knew little tidbits about most of the things but whats best to learn first so i dont get lost when i try to learn something else and get confused

You will be more successful if you know how to make graphics. Web design is quite easy once you get used to it.

For web design, the best is to start with HTML, XHTML and CSS. I recommend the book HTML, XHTML and CSS: Visual Quickstart Guide by Elizabeth Castro, the 6th edition and it´s really easy to understand, especially for begginers. I started out working knowing very little and now I know how to write it, I love this book. You can find out more about it here:

Photoshop/GIMP for graphics, it would be cool if you could do 3D/CG stuff too!
