Ok so we all know that there are alot of us out there that really hate looking at "txt tlk" and the use of no grammer what so ever. I do not say that it is not allowed in my guild but we are going to make a little rule that if a rp has big, bold letters spelling out LITERATE the you will have to give the creater of that guild a writing sample before you are accepted.
Unless you know that person and you trust that they will not leave periods out of sentances and crap like that.
If you have any questions DO NOT PM ME!!!!!! Post your questions in this thread please.

All right, guys.. I wana to make a Literate play, but in order to make a game that every Literate player will like, I'm going to need some help. There's a thread in the OOC section that I started; get over there, and start telling the Guild what you like.
That, or you can each make your own thread and wait for each other to join the thread. It is up to US, the members, to make this Guild work. Our leaders cannot make this Guild work unless we help them out a little.

I'm thinking about just fronting the 1k to make a Literate sub-fourm.
... I'm just not very sure if it will even be used very much.
What do you think, Ryu? Anybody else? Anybody in favor of an entire subfourm dedicated to Literate/semi-literate play? Maybe even Advanced play, if we can find the players.

I say go for it! The more literate plays available, the better; and as soon as more are available, everyone will know exactly where to go. ^^

We can have literate plays either way. I was simply wondering if we have enough Literate players to need an entire sub-fourm just for them.

So we've got two or three so far? That's what I'm talking about. We need to recruit more Literate players before we need a Literate sub fourm.

more people in here would join a literate rp than you think. as long as they like the topic, they will take a few extra secs to correct there typing. Many people use literate speach even if they are not in a literate rp.

I don't really want to come down on you; but it was needed.

A Literate sub-forum is a fabulous notion. Some players have pet-peeves such as illiteracy when role-playing. Establishing a forum for them would be spiffy. We just need more of them, literate players that is. I'm just agreeing with what had already been said. I just now looked at this topic. Silly me it has been here for quite a bit. Again I must say that it's a spectacular idea! Oh, Bevten that was a bit harsh, but captilization is a must.
