well like the name says i need feed back i have made a new back ground and i wont to see if any one likes it my new kakshi background

That is quite good.
Several points:
- Soften (lightly blur) the standing image to keep in synch with the foreground image
- Select a darker shade of gray for your font. The text was the very first thing that caught my eye, not the character (who I assume was the focal point).
But good job overall!
