Man, this is nostalgic...
I'm sure most of you don't remember me, but I used to be one of the big guys on this board. I'm also the one that contributed that chunck of money to the guild.
On a personal note, my name is Phillip Leffel and I live in northern Iowa. I'm a junior in high school blah blah blah.
Introductions aside, I'm here to kinda... show you some stuff!
During the summer of 2006, my friend and I went to a SSBM tournament in Indiana. Let's just say that we pretty much got roasted in the early rounds of the tournament. Which isn't too bad, considering the players there were mainly hardcore advanced technique users.
So yeah, this brings me to my point. I wanted to get better, right? So I played a lot for a while. And I probably got a little bit better. Then the Wii came around.
Ah yes. My friend and I stayed in a local Wal-Mart for just over 27 hours to get the first two Wiis in our town. Specifically, I got the first one.
So I played that A BUNCH and Melee... not so much.
The months rolled by and I was watching some SSBM videos on the internet. I thought about it, and attempted to upload a scene from one of the movies Jim and I made a long time ago. Which worked, so I uploaded another thing from a different movie.
Anyway, in my excitement, I decided I'd record myself paying SSBM and put those videos on the internet. And I did.
Feel free to watch them here;

Thanks, I hope you enjoy.
PS. Was all that boring?
