Appearance|| Osha’s a pretty typical toddler. He’s got reddish-orange hair. It’s only loosely held by a rubber band, and only on one side. He’s usually found covered in paint, unless his father’s just cleaned him up. He likes warm clothes and is often dressed in such. The most interesting feature, perhaps, is Osha’s eyes. One is a greenish-brown, the other is a brownish-gold. Osha is a tetrachromat.
Personality|| Osha is a people person. He’s usually eager to meet new people and just as eager to hang out with old friends. He gets pretty attached, he’s always crushed when someone walks out of his life. He gets attached to his guardian. He comes across as needy, clingy even. He just needs someone stable. For the rest of the people, he can appear distant, aloof. He doesn’t want to get hurt when they leave; he can convince himself it was all for show anyways. Just like art.
Osha’s greatest hobby is painting. He uses crayons, markers, finger paints. As long as there’s a blank canvas, the boy will find a way to color it in. Osha wants to paint everyone’s story. Half the reason he’s so sad when someone leaves is he never gets to learn the story they have to tell. One day, he wants to have a canvas all to himself and fill it with his own story.
Osha grew quieter when he grew up. After all the changes in his life, he usually just keeps to himself. He doesn't say much, but he draws more and more. He hasn't been painting too much lately, but that will change. He's also picked up on music. He can see colors and designs when he listens to music. Something he picked up from Zack? Maybe.
Tetrachromat|| Trichromats see the world as we do, making all colors from three basics- Blue, Red, and Yellow. This way our world is painted in a myriad of different lights- green leaves, blue sky, a purple flower- or any hue across the rainbow. There are those of us in the world, however, that are Tetrachromats- seeing in four colors instead of three. While it's near impossible for us to fathom what this may be like, animals such as marsupials, insects, spiders, and fish see in this spectrum daily. There are humans who are known tetrochromats, but they are far and few between- and all are female.

Age|| Mid-twenties
Appearance|| Zack has unruly black hair and emerald green eyes. He usually dresses pretty casually, either jeans and a t-shirt or slacks and an untucked dress shirt. He has a silver earring in his left ear and is occasionally found with a few other pieces of simple jewelry. He’s about six feet tall and is of a good build. He’s actually pretty muscular, no, not gross, but the muscles are undeniably there. The one thing Zack is never seen without is his headphones. He’s a music addict. If his music player died, he’d probably suffer withdrawal.
Personality|| Zack is pretty typical for a man in his mid-twenties. He’s loud and outspoken, perfectly comfortable saying exactly what’s on his mind to a complete stranger. It doesn’t really occur to him they might not want hear what he has to say. He’s full of energy only when he wants to be and lazy when it’s beneficial. He’s the all-glory-no-work type of guy. He likes being the center of attention, especially with his close friends. He’s a show off and loves to impress people; he’s always looking for recognition from his buddies. He doesn’t really waste his time helping strangers but he doesn’t see anything wrong with helping friends in a pinch. Mind you, it doesn’t stop him from having fun at their expense (which is one of his favorite hobbies), but he’s not totally inept. He can usually sober up when someone really needs him to. Usually. Other than that, he’s rarely serious. Life is too short to be taken seriously. He lives his life to his own soundtrack. (Quite literally. He’s almost always got headphones on. They only come off for the shower.)
And on that sober note...
Zackary has a very serious illness. He's not entirely sure if he's going to live. He's started drinking. It's a problem.
Background|| Well, there’s not too much to say. Zack was raised by his mother and father. He dropped out of high school at age sixteen to chase his fantasies of being a music producer. He didn’t really have the drive to succeed and moved into an apartment with his best friend at age eighteen. When said friend moved out to live with his girlfriend, Zack was forced to get a job; there was no one left to mooch off of. He’s become the jack of all trades, master of none.
Hobbies|| Music, television, video-games, and, of late, hanging out with Osha. (So generally, being lazy.)
Likes| Electronics, takeout, summer evenings, sleeping, clubbing
Dislikes|| Formal dating, nagging people, chores, hard labor, rules
Favorite Food|| Takeout…or anything he doesn’t have to cook.
