Sorry this picture's so crappy, it looked like I had enough light but I didn't. Signed and personalised copy of Night Watch. I'm so damn psyched right now.

Greatest novelist ever.
I was so scared that he would be a wanker and that meeting him would ruin his books, like when you see a band you really like live for the first time and they're dickheads and then you can't listen to them anymore. But he was a champion, piss funny. Didn't expect the lisp though.
And all these people were dressed up. There were three nac mac feegle, and they didn't know each other. They'd dyed their hair red, were wearing nothing but a kilt and had painted themselves entirely blue. It was so funny. And one dude was dressed as the librarian, awesome costume.

I dunno.
This was hosted by the dymocks/herald literary club. I can't remember the site but check google. He was on tripple j this morning for about 20 minutes too, but I guess it's a bit late to be telling you that.

I asked if I could wear his hat in the photo but he wouldn't let me. He said it was his hat, in a humerous and friendly manner of course. It's on the table to the right just outside the shot.

Lilithia I've never read his books. sweatdrop This is a situation you must rectify as soon as possible. I would recommend all his discworld books, specifically night watch, feet of clay, reaper man, hogfather, the fifth elephant, pretty much all of them except equal rites and monsterous regiment. I've just started going postal, his newest one and it seems bloody good too. And in answer to bunnah, he's the worlds greatest author, anyone can go to the gym and learn how to fight, writing like pratchet takes incredible talent, and if your mobil guy tried I assure you there are millions of people the world over who would kick his arse very very hard, myself included.

You forgot small gods and pyramids. . .two of me favourites.
And bunnah, yes, for some reason they were stupid enough to make it a cartoon, the books are a lot better.
