Okay so recently i've been in touch with the Underground and learned we're recieving a female doctor and her assitant soon, and also i've learned that Jareth is in high spirits and not ageing so badly, and has an idea about letting those in his court to come up to Gaia to witness his newest project--mainly the clinic--and I thought we should invite the owners along aswell!! a tea party and fete all in one is my idea!!. I need some of the pets and owners to volunteer their services for this special fete!!

okay so after pondering over needed slots for booths for the whole space of ten minutes i've decided on this.

basically what it is, Chai was bummed no real V-day festival was set up (though she sorely wanted to do it) so she decided to move the main event from that one, to this opening festival)
