Tink is feeling sick today.
She has a headache and can't stop throwing up.
The bad part is, she has an essay and other homework that is due on Monday, but it's hard to concentrate on anything.
Shoot me now please.

Thanks for your concern guys, but I'm actually feeling much better.
It took a day of napping, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Secret of the Ooze movie to cure me.
I have no idea what was wrong, but I'm pretty sure that I never want to be pregnant. Imagine having to deal with that for approximately three months. I'd never survive it.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that you were sick. You should take a day off so you can get your work done (and nap some more).

I want to have kids whee It goes by your mom. My mom said it wasn't too bad and didn't last too long for her. If your mom was one of those had to get up and puke for 30 minuter's you're screwed o.o

Actually, it doesn't have any real determining factors. It varies woman to woman. My Mom (mother of 5), never had morning sickness except with me, and that happened all of 3-4 times, and over quickly.
I, on the other hand, was sick as a dog for an hour or more every afternoon (no mornings), and my stomach would turn at the slightest smell of several different things (bacon, toast, and apples among them). This started at 2 months, and lasted through till the end. Oh, how I wish it was true about getting it from your Mom... I'd have been dandy then!

I got all excited when I read your post Mimisi, even though it doesn't sound plausible. Every pregnancy is different after all, which dimmed my excitement, and then I read Phaedra's post and my excitement completely died, cause I realised I was right.
My mom didn't have morning sickness at all. Too bad it wasn't genetic, I'd be set.

your mothers age during pregnancy could affect it as well. Teenage mothers tend to have difficult pregnancies. I know mine did sweatdrop

My mother was a stick during both mine and my sisters gestation (i spelled that wrong) period. She could not even look at a lot of foods withough throwing up and she normally did throw up in the morning after waking up and just before going to bed. I would HATE for that to happen because I want a baby!
