Ok, so it's been a year and a half since I purchased Costa and she's been alone the whole time (not inluding that litle stint with the Elfdoll Lydia)(I'm sorry for not picspamming, but she's not mine anymore). SOOOOO, I decided that for my birthday I was most definitely getting a Hound and I ordered one at the end of February from Tensiya. This wait is bound to be hell, but I think I'm only just getting to the worst of it.
THEN after I sold my Lydia for various reasons, I was left with just one doll and enough money to purchase another without killing my bank account (this is after all, money that was spent on a doll to begin with so why not spend it on another doll?). So what do I do? I order a Lishe from Luts to make up for the loss of Lydia!
So now I'm waiting on two dolls. The Lishe will porbably arrive by the end of the week (I ordered her sans make-up so no trouble there) and I've probably got another 2 or 3 weeks on Hound. Hound's name is going to be Dominic and I'm still deciding on Lishe's name.
YAY FOR RESIN!

sounds like Lut's is crazy with their doll making. 10 to 15 days and another week of shipping... or you order and get them within the week you order and pay? that's insane!!!! but good business. it'd keep me coming back with that short of a wait. Good luck getting your dolls home safe. Watch out for Hounds, be extra cautious when you're standing them somewhere... they're so tall and heavy that when they fall, they fall hard... so make sure he falls backwards not forward or you'll be replacing or mending hands and fingers on a regular basis lol

Do you have a Hound/similar sized doll or have you just seen one take a really nasty fall?
I'm not worried about minor accidents, I've gotten pretty good at repairs and stain removal, I'm just worried about how I'm going to clothe the poor boy. I don't want him to have to go to his first con in his nudy-pants!

Luts finally received payment for Lishe, so hopefully soon she'll be in transit.
Hound's still in preparation.

Lishe has been shipped. She is scheduled to arrive on March 29th, but I suspect that she'll come sooner.

Oh, I seriously hope so to, I'm going to spam the heck out of my Lishe when she gets here.
BTW Lishe is now in the US! She arrived in the Kennedy Airport this morning so I think she'll be here by Monday.

YAY, SHE'S HERE! She arrived yesterday, but I was too busy painting and loving her to post anywhere but my LJ. Dominic's (my hound) status is still in preparation, but I promise I'll let everyone know when he gets shipped.
Now I'm going to picspam the gallery so if you want to see Kira (my newly arrived Lishe), please make your way over there.

Post pics before hand so I can look out for him! Yes, I'm totally bringing him, even if he's got to go naked and without face-up! He was supposed to come today but apparently he got tied up in customs. He'll definitely be here by tomorrow though!

They sent him and he's wrong crying .
They sent me the angry Hound (IM) instead of the regular Hound. How annoying, and I thought I was going to be able to take him to MTAC. I probably still can, he just won't be MINE, because I'll probably have to send the head back to them. Well, if I have to, I'll just wait until after the convention and see how they like that!
Also, I ordered him BW and...I can't say that I wasn't warned eek .

A lovely boy. makes me almost want one, but I have my own plans for dolls twisted just be careful with them is all I'm saying, they've got dainty hands. and you got the wrong hound??? sheesh that's silly.
