I was just reading in other posts and a thought occurred! How did all of you get hooked on Twilight? I know I went book shopping and I saw it and it looked interesting so i read it. Now I'm hooked! mrgreen

I saw New Moon in the boookstore and knew it was the sequel to something, so I looked up Stephenie Meyer at the library to find out what. I put Twilight on hold, and a week later, I was hooked.

I actually found it in a Scholastic book-reading thing from school. ^^ The cover looked nice, and the name drew me to read the little paragraph about the book.
I just knew that I had to get it. x3

a friend from math class told me about it. she said it was really good and so i had to find out about myself and i've been hooked on the series ever since then.

I saw it in the book store for months but wasn't that interested. Finally I was attracted by the shiny cover and now I'm an obsessed fan. Yay me

Well, working at Barnes and Noble, I saw Twilight the very first day we got in as they were pulling it out of the boxes from the daily shipment. The head of that dept. (who also enjoys vampire novels), was looking at it, and was like "Hey Steph, it's a new vamp novel," and headed me a copy. After reading the back cover, I knew I had to buy it, and after reading it I just knew it would be a bestseller, lol.

I was in my school book club last year, and at the end of the year she gave us the book, Twilight. I put off reading it, but then one of my friends called me and told me to read it as soon as I could, and I read the book until past midnight that night, and finished it the next morning!

My friend Ashley was reading it. I have a habit of getting extremely interested in whatever my friends are reading because they have good taste in books. So when she finished, I borrowed it and read it. And then I did the same with New Moon. razz

heart If you loved me... I saw it in the bookstore and was all "hmmm. . . seems interesting." So I read the first page and was hooked! I went and found my mom, and she bought it for me. ...would you donate to my Chyaku Norisu? 16k/64k

well i play the game Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and love it sooooo much
then friday march 23st, i was at my school bookfair and i was looking around then i saw the word "Twilight" and i automatically thought of Twilight Princess.....
then i read wut it said on the back and was like "VAMPIRES!!!!!!!!!! SWEET!" (yeah, i watch Angel)
so i ran back to my locker, got $10 and came back and bought the last book they had of Twilight..
then i finished that in two days, went to Barnes and Nobles and bought New Moon , finished that in another two days and read Twilight again xD and now im back to today... a week and one day...my teacher stole Twilight from me for like 2 days cuz i kept reading it in his class Dx
and anywayz i was reading it and two ppl asked me wut i was reading so i told them, and they somehow found the book and copied me...i am rly sad now-----cuz i want to read Eclipse

I read New Moon before I read Twilight. My friend borrowed the audiobook from the library, I put it on my computer, I listened...we got hooked. LONG and crazy story short, it is my life now, and now I need to buy her the Twilight audiobook and myself the New Moon one that I shall burn for her. Hee hee! ninja heart

well, my friend's teacher recommended it to her and then she told me to read it and that is how we got hooked last year and then we both bought New Moon and were so, so happy!!! I can't wait until Eclipse!!

a friend who sits across from me in my 2D II art class just finished reading it and gave it back to my friend Doyle who is also in that class. Doyle made me read it and i fell instantly in love with edward the second it mentioned him (and since i found out that doyle didnt like edward when the book started out i felt sort of proud of myself) whee
