I recently placed an order from Dream of Doll on Feb 25 and I paid on the same day. I got a confirmation message saying that they recieved the payment. But this morning (Mar 16) I got a message saying I successfully cancelled the order. I DIDN'T! But I am really confused, because I thought that an order couldn't be cancelled once the payment was recieved.... I'm really worried that I won't get my doll! crying I didn't get any money back either...I don't know what is going on.

email them. they're very niec to work with. My Too was purchased through the Valentine's event along with a Leya for my friend, and I had the money in Paypal waiting for it, but it wouldn't go through for the life of me. So I emailed them and emailed back and forth til I was told to send the payment to them directly!! after that, it's been hunky-dory. Payment received, and they gave me a confirmation email stating that the payment was recieved, and that the makeup i paid for will go on Too, Leya is gonna come bare... heart I can't wait. but yeah email them!

Any better luck today? I'd say to just keep at it. They're bound to help you fix it if you've got a legitimate reason. Lacking good customer service will cost them if they don't.
