I think Mello looks much cooler now. Like an actual MAN. He doesn't look old enough to drive though. = P I was like "WTFUX ILLEGAL DRIVING LOL".

Mello looks awesome with a scar heart He's been my favorite since book 8. And Mello's birthday according to deathgod.org is December 13, 1989 so he'd be 20. However, I do agree that he looks younger than that.

I'm so sad that it ends at 12.
I'm also really sad that I know what happens......[spoilers]LIGHT'S SWIMMING LESSONS.[/spoilers .... but only if you've been on /a/, and know what I'm talking about.....]

But I also found out about how it ends before I got into it, so I didn't care at the time........now I wish I hadn't found out crying

I love the begging of the manga, what near's plan was! xd That was funny and oh so clever.
Yeah, Mello looks really different in the 10th volume. He actually looks masculain! surprised
He looks even more hot! heart
Near seems really arrogant now. He starts being all hissy, then he apollogizes for being rude? I'm starting to lose my interest in him.

Mello is 20? Wow that's a bit shocking. He always looked a bit young... as in not even a legal adult.
Near seemed like an a** to begin with and even more so by book 10. I really started to dislike him after a bunch of his people got killed off using a Death Note, especially since he wasn't shocked or seemed all that bothered about it happening. L was a lot more careful about protecting the identies of the people working for him.
