We've revised a few things, since the last rpg had so many complaints on the battle system. So, no more counting attack points and all that stuff. crying


arrow The only people playing the inner senshi will be appointed by cohchotheempress.
arrow You may only have 1 character, unless you talk with angel_baby_4 or cohchotheempress first.
arrow Do not post until either Super Sailor Moon, angel_baby_4, or cohchotheempress approves your profile! We will put "(insert Mod name here) has approved your profile!" or something to that effect.
arrow NO god-characters. Since we're starting off at season 6, you may only have 6 attacks. No more than that, though, please.
arrow DO NOT control other people's characters. If they give you special permission through pm's, it's alright. Otherwise, if we hear complaints, you are in violation of the RPG and may have your character taken away from you. Super Sailor Moon and angel_baby_4 will be watching the rp very closely for wrong behavior.
arrow Play with the people in the rpg. Don't be a loner. We like to have the group together at most times, that way, there are more chances for interaction. A few excursions don't hurt, though.

arrow If you are playing a scout, contact angel_baby_4 immediately!!! She will tell you how to come in and what we are doing.

Important information for villains!!!
arrow All villains must pm Super Sailor Moon to see how they can come in. If the scouts will know they are evil or not. These sorts of things. Since Super is the main villain, you will answer to her or you will not play a villain.

Silver Peach Light Mirage - Peach can turn her image into several different images, leaving the opponent baffled as to which one she really is
Silver Peach Darkness - A blackness covers everyone, making it impossible for anyone without darkness powers to see the opponents.

Background: Peach's planet was destroyed by Sailor Titanium Phoenix and Phoenix saved Peach for some unknown reason. Peach was enslaved and now loyally serves Phoenix.

Transformation Name: Mercury Knight
Elemental Power: Ice
Henshin: "Mercury Knight Revelation!"
Attacks(* means can be used even when not transformed):
*1. Ice Cutter- An ice crystal sword. Its stab can freeze weak enemies. When sword is swung and "Ice Cutter" is spoken, it throws small shards of ice. Standard soldier attack, not associated with being a knight.
2. Sweet Lily Caress- 4 lilies appear around the enemy on the ground. A circle of pink light engulfs the enemy, paralyzing them with love energy. Doesn't actually damage though, and only works against living creatures.
3. Glacial Axe- Most powerful attack. Only used against hordes (hundreds of enemies at once),because nearly all of his energy is temporarily drained by a single use. An giant axe is summoned, and swung down to hit the ground, creating a long fissure in front of it where icicles rise out of to pierce and freeze the enemies. He then can choose to leave them frozen, or shatter them with a horizontal swing of the axe (which sends out a sonic wave to finish the maneuver).
4. Lonely Chorus- A calming voice attack. Combines with Mercury Aqua Rhapsody to become the attack "Beautiful Duet."
5. Teardrop Breeze- Wipes tears from eyes to create a swirling water attack.
6. Snowlight Blizzard- An attack of light and snow
Innate Abilities(* means can be used even when not transformed):
*Heal- Tay can use his planet energy to heal other people's wounds, but it requires considerable concentration and meditation.
*Channel- Tay can boost other senshi powers by giving his energy to them.
*Heat Aura (might be considered a special defense)- a translucent force field that blocks weak ranged attacks, and temporarily holds off larger attacks. Especially effective against fire and water based attacks. Normally an invisible sphere around him, it can be used to protect others by motioning his hand towards them. Very similar to Sailor Mercury's Aqua Guard in appearance.
Villain or Scout: Knight (a male scout, I suppose)
Background:
Past- Served during the Silver Millennium under the Queen of Mercury, and a few times under Queen Serenity. Secretly, his true loyalty was only to Princess Ami. Trained by General Ura Vilya of the Mercury Royal Guard; attained knight armor at age 15. Was promoted to General at age 16, after Ura was killed during the escort mission. Two years later, he had a special mission on the Moon. He returned to Mercury right before the Moon Kingdom fell. Tay was brought to the future by Sailor Pluto and the Outer Scouts (without being reborn).
Present- Tay has never been far from the senshi, protecting them secretly and boosting their powers. I'll also note that Ura was reborn as Urawa Ryo (Greg in U.S.), but lost his memory, although he could still partially predict the future. Tay revealed his past at some point after the senshi regained their memories of the Silver Millennium.

Transformation Name: Sailor Macha (pronounced maaxa)
Elemental Power: Life and Death
Henshin: Morrigean Power, make up! (pronounced morr-e-an)

Attacks:
Acorn shower: Acorns shoot from her hands and cut the opponent, usually targeting the head.
Warstrife march: A copy of herself is made, a drone of sorts, that mimicks her attacks but is much weaker- used rarely as it takes much of her power
Red Mania: an acidic shower of dragon's blood falls upon the victim, burning their skin
Woodworm Fury: This attack is made with Macha's sword, which she carries at her side at all times. When not transformed, the sword is the size of a letter opener.

Villain or Scout: Scout (for now?)

Background: Helen is a Senshi hailing from Ireland (as everything about he is pulled from Celtic Mythology). She is fond of reading and listening to music, and occasionally is social. She is neither good nor evil.

Not Required-->Background: Lando is Dea's boyfriend and he got sucked into this parallel universe with her. He is very protective of his girlfriend, but he also knows how to give her some space. He is a close friend to Mamoru and the inner senshi.

Background: Makoto has become a Cook now, she works for a high profile restauraunt and gets on well with her boss and other workmates aswell. She is still chasing up the right man for her, but she doesn't get so excited over those who she claims 'Look like my senpai (or is it sempai??)'. Makoto is much more mature now than she once was and she's quite steamed that the peace has been broken again.

Zeruel: 2 colored whips come from His wrists each singnifying a Different effect. Red Zaps strenght from the Captured one and Green Makes one looses focus and confused

Sou-setsu-ken: an ancient and Advanced form of judo that requires a fast mind and especially Fast feet

Villain or Scout: Royal Knight (im assuming Male scout to)

Background: An informant of Princess serenity and a Playmate and friend of chibi usa, Life on the moon for Desu-kun was peacefully and happy. When the Negaverse launched its assualt, Serenity orderd him to take Usa Earth and hide her from the nega Knights. Desu has honorably played, Cared, And looked after Chibi Usa with his life. Serenity promised one day when usagi was gorwn up she would Marry them both, Til that day he shall Secretly Watch over chibi Usa with red , Green and watchful Eyes. a special depiction of Desu-kun is that both his irisis have a different color, His right eye is Red and his left eye is Green. Desu has a Big thing for Dance Dance Revolution and plays it at the shop everyday.
