She stretched her ringed forelegs, peered around with her sky blue eyes, flicking her tail as the wind ruffled the fur on the back of her neck. What was so great about this land, it was like any other she had seen, though greener, so much greener.
So much life thrived here...and even that stupid Kaede.
The 'lioness,' pfft, stupid jackal girl, she didn't know what she was, Anokai found amusment in that knowledge. "What to do today...stride or riddle another, perhaps lie, charm? No...what to do, something has to be this way for me to find...yes, something this way..." she spoke as she padded foreward through teh tall grass blades.
Something had to be this way.

Jasisi, the little shadow that lived in the pridelands with her family, was quietly sitting in the tall grasses of the outskirts of the lands of the pride. She knew it would be dangerous to leave, but she just wanted to get away for a little while. It was so nice to sit in the grasses, look up, and peek at the sky through the swaying blades. She was too short to poke her head up, but if she poped up the grasses would move, proving that there was someone there.
But for now, she sad, sighed, and watched the world go by. Not that there was much for the little pup to think about, but she didn't really know what else to do right now. She guessed you could consider her bored.

Anokai was lost in thought, mumbling to herself strange phrases and words together in a mess, her mind was racing, then would slow down, perhaps too much which made her head ache with pain. She lost track of where she was padding along, almost stepped on a dark blueish...thing. She stopped, a frown on her face, what the...?
"You better watch it kid..." least she thought it was a kid from how tiny it was. "Whatcha doin by yourself?" it wasn't safe...even for a pup.
Ano knew that all too well.

Jasisi squeaked as she almost realized, too late, that she was going to get trampled on. She scurried back a bit, her fixation on the blue sky gone. The grasses wrapped around her, almost protectively, as she eyes the stranger. Her form kind of reminded her of Mom and Dad but....she wasn't very nice.
"I....I'm looking at the sky." She started off slowly and quietly, with her words growing a little more strength as she continued to talk. "Home gets loud, so I wanted to have some quiet time." She put a little faith into this stranger....and perhaps a bit too much.

Anokai flicked her ears and watched the pup scurry away, figures she mused as she watched this..this thing. Pups, feh, what good were they anyway? Useless unless they grew up extremely fast. She flicked her rather fuzzy tail and tilted her head, "It gets loud everywhere kid no matter where you try to run...there's never really any silence..."
Better the kid knew that now rather then broke her little heart over it later.
Children these days, she wondered if they all thought things were great away from home.

Well, that didn't ring well with the pup. This was her quiet spot, it was quiet here in the day, and she knew it! She flicked her tail, irritated, but she knew better then to go against an elder. She peeked her head out a bit more, the grasses framing her dark face as her emerald eyes shrank, just a tiiiiny bit.
"It....it gets quiet around here if you come at the right time." She said quietly, her head still defiant instead of drooping down to face the ground. She was a bit scared, yes, but she sure didn't want to show it. Not right now.

Anokai tilted her head and swayed her tail once with a big sweep. What was with pups these days? Thing that we so small thought things that were big were scary? Pfft, if this pup thought like this now, it would be worse when she got older. "Don't be afraid girl, chin up, don't need to put your head down when you could rein over everyone else no matter your size..."
She thought size was why the girl pup might be scared.
Maybe it was something else...but who know?
"Whats yer name?"

"Mother named me Jasisi," she said quietly, proud of her name. It wasn't terrible creative, but she felt it suit her well, and her mother did name her! The green eyes studied the other carefully, the words that she had spoken flitering through the ears and into the mind where the pup would remember them. They sounded important, and she would try to think about them at a later time, when she really was alone. Or maybe even ask her mother, she wasn't sure yet.

She flicked her ears to the side, what did that name mean it sounded so...simple, airy too. Anokai would've stuck her tongue out at the name but, then again, this was a pup, one of her own kind, one that seemed...sound of mind, not like that other golden freak of a jackal. Anokai would probably throw a rock at the golden one if she ever saw her face again.
Then again, Jasisi's markings looked quite familiar, hmm...
"I'm Anokai squirt..." she said with a smile, even though it was a joking smile, it was a smile none the less.

"Ano...kai?" The word felt foreign on the little pup's tongue, and she nodded to herself as she said it in her mind until she picked it up. She wasn't too good with names, and simple loved the name her mother gave her; easy to remember, and she liked how it sounded. She flicked her tail at the thought of her mother before peeking up again, slowly wiggling out of the long grasses that held her back from this stranger.
"Anokai. Nice to meet you, then." She didn't know if she should bow, or smile, or what, so she mimiced what the adult did, and smiled back. It was a weak smile, but it was better then a frown, right? "Are you....looking for something?" She pawed at the ground, though she was still looking at the pale jackal in front of her. She hadn't seen her before, nor heard of her, so maybe she came here to look for something.

Nice to meet you...well, this lil squirt does have some manners, a shock really... she mused in her head while she made a circle around the smaller jackal. She flicked her tail, this younger jackal seemed different, quite different, but how? "Looking for something? I'm always looking for something, something to keep me occupied and keep me interested, which isn't a lot these days..."
There really wasn't anything...unless she recalled the golden jackal that thought she was a lioness, that had been a hilarious moment for Anokai.

The little jackal's head cocked to the side, as she didnt' really get what the adult meant. She was always looking for something? "But...doesn't that get boring?" She couldn't help herself but to ask that one thing that echoed in her mind. It didn't make much sense to her, but maybe it did to the adult. Mother always seemed to know things that Jasisi didn't know, so she shouldn't of probably said that, huh?

"It can get boring yes, but so it goes, someday something will come my way to make it all the more interesting, it just takes time Jasisi," she said with a nod, swaying her tail back adn forth. This little jackal seemed so innocent to everything the world held for her in the future. Poor little thing, perhaps one day she would undergo a drastic change she herself had gone through...though hopefully, Jasisi's would be more happy then tragic.

The little pup still didn't understand it, but time sure seemed boring. But she did sit out here on her own to waste time, so she knew better then to say something that would contradict herself. She stared up at the white jackal again, thinking to herself and keeping in mind what she looked like. "Well, maybe you'll find it soon? If you've been looking for a long time..." her words dropped off as she didn't really get what she was saying, but....that wouldn't be too fun to look for so long, right? Right.

"Hmmm, maybe," she peered down at Jasisi, an evil dark thought to her mind. Yes, she could find somehting to make her life more interesting, that however would include this little jackal, stealing ehr away in the night, taking her from all she knew, perhaps then Anokai could do what she wanted to do since she was a pup.
Start a pack all her own...she'd need more though, this little one seemed quite suitable. Though, how could she do it, execute it perfectly? Too bad she didn't know what this little ones parents were like, if they cared for her a lot or not at all. She had a strange look in her eyes, as she still pondered on if she should try to get her away from here, or leave her be.
What to do?
