No posting unless you belong to this family! Thankies<3  (Chamain, please post your images<33] Micah stood up, stretching his legs and shaking his heavy mane. Sleep had been a problem for him as of late, and he wasnt getting enough.
Perhaps it was his pain at life, or maybe he wasjust.. not sleepy.
He knew the latter was wrong, in fact, he was exhausted and really wanted to just curl up, and hibernate.
But Soquili's dont hibernate.. Silly goose..
Oh dear. He used Silly Goose.
It had gone from character flaw to sudden emergency. Anyone who said silly goose should be shot, and he wasnt excluding himself..
Lifting a heavy foot, and then another, he walked to the side of the water, leaning down his head, and lapping at the crystal.
"Hopefully sleep doesnt evade me long."
He sighed.

  "Dinyin would you get your butt up and moving please?" she pleaded her son as he layed there lazily. It has been a while since she'd come out for a nice walk. They were both by the mountain side. The weather was perfect, it was a bright sunny day. There was a wall of solid rock which of course was the side of the moutain, it shot straight up to the sky where the mountain top was.
"Can't I just enjoy this time with you?!" she said angrily losign her patience with her youngest son.Lying on his back he watched a butterfly dance before his eyes and land on his nose before flying away. "Mommy, relax, not like anything is going to eat us alive here. Plus I don't see anyone else otu here so we're safe" completely unfocussed.Sighing she fell onto her stomache and watched her Dinyin get comfy. "I'm not looking for anyone I just wanted a simple walk." she said shaking her head while frowning at him. Then hearign someone disturbign the water. "Maybe soemone is out here..." she said to her son while tilting her head. It's been even longer since she had talked with any other soquili besides King and Dinyin.

Micah shivered a bit, as the water hit the perfect spot. He raised his head, and let his eyes envelop the sun, and take in the beauty that the day had become.
As he stared, his eyes landed on a tinge of red blobs, just lying on the side of the hill that he'd come from not minutes ago.
As he stared, he made those 'blobs' out to be other Soquili.
A mother and a foal apparently. He wanted to steer clear, he despised foals that werent his own, and he really wasnt in the mood to meet anyone knew.. But if he saw them, they could most definately see him, and he wasnt one to be rude..
Taking a step forward, he realized he might know the pelt that belonged to the eldest there. The foal he didnt know, and it somewhat worried him. Why the hell was his mother around more foals?
Hadnt she had enough with Awnae and himself? He stepped closer again.
"Hello?"

Her oldest son's voice was definetly reconisable wher ever she goes. "Micah?" she said and she stood up and looked past the trees. There he was, standing tall and have definetly grown. She grinned and trotted to him. "Dinyin come over here!" yelled the red-panda mare before reaching her son. "My my my, haven't you grown into a more handsome stallion." nodding approvingly. Then turning back and glaring at Dinyin.
Well great, now I have to walk. Getting up lazily he blinked a few times and saw a stallion that resembled himself. "Here I am." he said as he flopped back down onto the ground. The grass that grew a bit higher tickled his nose caused him to sneeze suddenly. Neh. Rolling onto his back, he closed his eyes.
She shook her head while lookign down at him. "Well Micah, uhm...I'm sure you're wondering why I'm with this lazy one." she said as she emphasized the word 'lazy'. "You have younger siblings now. Your father and I uh..." she didn't know ecaxtly how to explain it, "had more children. You have four more siblings." nodding with a grin hoping this doesn't cause Micah to get mad at her for not telling him before.

Micah's first attempt to see his mother had gone sourly, he wouldnt let it be so now. He ran to her, and nuzzled his mother, for he needed her sometimes. Eveyone needed their mother.
He continued to love on her, as he saw the little colt parading out to her voice, and then as he flopped back into the grass never to open another eye.
He cocked his head, and raised an eyebrow, ears perked. Foals could be that lazy? He had never met such a one.
Then it registered in his brain what his mother had so eloquently phrased.
"More.. Siblings?" The first thing he could think of was Awnae, and his mutual hate of her, and then of his mothers having had children before he had.. His whole family had a family to their name, and he did not.. He wasnt sure how long he could go on with that..
"Well.. Congrats are in order I believe.."
He said, trying to sound happy.

Believing her son was probably not too happy about this, she smiled and nudged him gently. "Honey, don't get disturbed by this. I'm sure these have a better...uhm...attitude than Awnae." she said nodding as she gently gave Dinyin a kick on the side.
Lifting his head and opening one eye to take a peek at his mother then looking at Micah. He got up and shook himself. "Uhm...hi." he said at first confused of what to say then putting on a smile.
"Micah, this is Dinyin, your younger brother. He was the only boy out of the four of them." she said smiling, "maybe you two could play with each other and Micah could teach you stuff." Tetyawna looked into Micah's eyes trying to send the message 'I'm sure he'll like you'.

Micah's eyes widened, and he looked at the foal in front of him.
The ony boy? Maybe someone wanted him to get along with someone in the family.. Maybe somehow, this boy could be like him, and he wouldnt be alone in this sorry world anymore.
"Dinyin? Um.."
He was unsure of how to talk to a foal that he truly didnt care about, and was somewhat angered by, but he wanted to get to know the colt.
Nice you've been born.. No.. Nice to see you out of my mother. NO!
"Um.. Nice to meet you.Im Micah.. Im your older brother I guess.."

She took a step back and layed down to let the two of them chat while she enjoys the warm weather. Spring finally found it's way and summer is soon to come.
He got up and looked up at Micah, "You're so big." The colt scanned him. "Will I get that big?" luckily, Dinyin was no where close to being like Awnae, but will Micah figure that out? Dinyin had his mean moods, but only towards those when he really didn't want to be disturbed. Most likely those moods will show when he sees his three sister who were born in the same batch as him.
"Do you know my sisters?" he knew their names by heart, "Amna, Tierce and Arome." Starting to walk aroudn Micah. Dinyin could be qute talkative when he wants to but that rarely happens.
Tetyawna definetly wnated to know this one, if any of her other females had met her oldest son.

Micah stared at the little colt, and sort of gaped, trying to gain his composure.
"I am not big. Im sure father is much bigger than I, though I havent seen him in quite sometime. I dont know if you'll get to be as big as I, but odds are, you will. Aye."
Micah looked at his mother, and the back of the colt. What did he say now? He now knew he had a problem with the mundayne conversations that didnt matter much.
He seemed to be having trouble just shooting the breeze.
"Well.. Ive met Tierce and Arome.. Tierce is very shy, and Arome seems to be quite a live wire.. I could hardly keep up."

"That leaves Amna who you haven't met!" Dinyin nodded, "she could get annoying sometimes." He remembered the time he walked through the woods with her and she got all dizzy quickly. "I haven't chatted with Arome yet." Looking from side to side.
Dinyin looked up at Micah and gave a cute smile that always made Tetyawna happy when she saw it. "Mommy says that I have an older sister just as old as you!" he exclaimed and hopped around.
Tetyawna knew how much Micah didn't like the mention of Awnae, but who could stop the foal from mentioning it. The mare didn't want her son mad. She smiled at Dinyin and got up. "I'm sure you'll meet her someday, why don't you play tag with your older brother or something."
He looked at his mother like if she had a million eyes. "No way." Dinyin afterall wasn't the active one. Falling onto his bottom he sat there and acted pretty stubborn. "I don't want to play games that use too much energy." He leaned backwards causing himself to land on his back.
Rolling her eyes, she turned and smiled at Micah. "Well, any mare catch your eye?" she winked at him with a grin.

Micah flicked his tail against his rump, eyeing the young foal. The foal had spoken of Awnae, and he brushed back the grimace that came to his face, so the foal wouldnt see it. He didnt need to know the family trouble that had caused soo much turmoil.
"I have not met Amna, no. And you do have an older sister.. Her name is Awnaety, and shes younger than me, older than you."
He gave a wink and looked to his mother.
"Energy is a good thing to waste you young thing. I still play tag sometimes!"
He walked until he was by his mother.
"Mare? A great many, but I was left once again.. I've been foolin' around with a great mare named Galitaya, and theres another mare who seems to like me, who hasnt been around lately.. But she still comes to see me.. and her names Rocky."

(( Sorry for not replying earlier gonk sweatdrop ))
He yawned and watched his older brother walk towards their mother. Dinyin may have been lazy but not stupid, somewhere in him he sensed that Micah did not like Awnaety, his oldest sister, as much. This gave him wondering and when he gets a chance to ask his brother, he will.
Nodding with a grin, then dropping as he had said he was left again. "Dear, I believe that time will come when you will find a girl that is just right for you. Just keep an open mind, perhaps..." she knew how much Micah hated Awnae, so the mention of her helping him won't be advice but a threat. "..it'll take some time, although I'm sure it will be soon." not sure about her words, but she does want her son to be happy and the best for him. Awnae hadn't been around her own family for a while, so all Tetyawna's focus was on micah. Deep in her eyes she hoped Micah coudl see his mother loved him.
The colt yawned and got up. He walked towards Micah and nudged him. "Why are you looking for a mare?" he said curiously.

Micah looked at his mother and nodded. He knew he'd find someone. In fact, Galitaya had agreed to be his mate, with the exception her father must approve. He was happy, but time would tell how happy he'd get.
"I know mother darling. I fear that one day, I will have as many children as you, and I shall leave them at your teepee, while I go gallivanting around to play like a colt." He teased, narrowing his eyes in a playful manner.
Looking at Dinyin, he wondered if he should explain.
"Well.. Girls make good friends."

She smiled and stopped worrying over Micah being unhappy in his life and breaking down. She hated that thought. Although a mother always liked to know how her children are doing...together. "So..." she gently nudged him over facing her rump at Dinyin, "you okay with uhm Awnae? I'm sure she'd left you alone." Whispering while keeping an eye on Dinyin.
What are they talking about that they must turn their butss on him?! He watched them with narrowed eyes and waited until one of them turned around and explain themselves or say something.
