He's only a perv if you consider the fact that Natsumi is a young woman and he is apparently an adult (of course this can't be literally confirmed, but it is implied on several occassions).
Other than that...Kururu is the perv. You're kinda off on that one. D:

Kururu: Makes porn out of love of money, sells porn out of love of money, hides video cameras in the showers in order to make porn in the name of money.
Giroro: Makes baked potatoes in the name of love, protects Natsumi out of love, and is jealous when it comes to Natsumi's love life.

I agree with previous speakers, if anyone's a perv, it's Kururu. Giroro is just madly in love with Natsumi and thus behaves like he does around her. Unlike Kururu, Giroro would never spy on a woman/girl when she's changing clothes or having a bath(other than pure accident), he's too prideful and decent for that.

Giroro is infact a perv when it comes to Natsumi, I just saw episode 83 yesterday and he was all flustered about taking a mixed bath with Natsumi and then he's like LET'S GO.

Squeamish.Kururu.Fangirl Giroro is infact a perv when it comes to Natsumi, I just saw episode 83 yesterday and he was all flustered about taking a mixed bath with Natsumi and then he's like LET'S GO. He's perverted in a more subtle way. In the manga (volume three, the adventure when Natsumi became an adult at the beach) he once avoided Natsumi because he thought she looked like a floozy. One could see this as 'he found her highly appealing, so he had to get away', or 'he really would rather be around Natsumi as she normally is'. Take it as you'd like. If you consider the former possibility, he could possibly be a perv in hiding (which I wouldn't doubt.). And, again, Natsumi young, he (probably) not. But to me that's just leeway for humor.
