Jake's life.

History: Raised as the only son of John and Rebecca Wilson Jake's life has been spent with two things. School work and bullying. At first when he went to school he was alright not too many bullies and such. But by grade 3 things started going down hill. Made fun of because of his name and the way he drew which was very bad. At first he didn't mind. A shove into a locker sometimes a punch now and then but as the years went by the locker shoving became more frequent and the punches harder. Because of this Jake's life started to change. The once talkative boy now was nothing but a shy scared kid.


Of course there were many things that still made Jake happy. For starters he starts writing his own books. One a non fiction book about his life and the other a fiction book dragon

Jake did know one thing that helped him in life. Wolfs. He loved any type of wolf. Whenever he felt stressed out he would go watch the wolfs at the zoo and made feel better. He even started writing a book about wolfs and what they were like.


By grade 8 Jake wasn't so stressed out and bullied. Though he still was bullied but he didn't get bullied as often. Sill he had major stress problems. But one day he found a flyer on his door step saying.

Stressed out? Need a break? If you said yes then this is the place for you. Staray resort is a place for the whole family. It relives stress and any trouble at home. Theres a contest going on as well. You can win to go snorkling.

Of course Jake showed this to his parents and they were thrilled. The night before they left he found out that they would be going not only a few days but 3 whole weeks. So by 9:00 in the morning Jake found himself in an air plane going to the island resort with his parents.

But after the first week on the resort his parents entered the snorking contest. They won. So while they went snorkling Jake went rafting. He had been rafting for a few hours when he hit. He got struck head first on a rock and fell into the water. He was a sgood as dead.

After his crash all he was left is.

His psp was left in his pants but in a case. It withstood most of the water

Basiliscus basiliscus or basilisk is a lizard found in Central and South American rainforests near rivers and streams. It is up to 75 cm (2.5 feet) long including the tail and eats insects, small invertebrates, flowers, and small vertebrates like snakes, birds, and fish. Its predators include large birds of prey, snakes, fish, other large reptiles, and mammals. This animal is not endangered.

It is part of the iguana family. It, along with the Brown basilisk, has the nickname "Jesus Christ Lizard" or "Jesus Lizard" because when fleeing from a predator, it is very fast and can even run on top of water for a brief while.

Basilisks have large hind feet with flaps of skin between each toe. These are rolled up when the animal walks on land. If the animal faces danger, it starts to run very fast on the surface of a river or a lake. Then the flaps on its hind feet are opened and thus more surface area is provided for it to run on water.

Smaller basilisks can run about 10-20 m on the water surface without sinking, and can usually run farther than older ones. Like most reptiles, basilisks are active during the day. They have long toes and sharp claws. Most are under 25 cm (1 foot) in length, but some may grow up 75 cm. Basilisks usually weigh between 200-600 grams.

Their maximum lifespan is probably around 7-8 years, but in the wild, most die much sooner. Females lay about 2-18 eggs, five to eight times a year. Eggs hatch after about three months and the young weigh about 2 grams. Their outstanding camouflage allows

Why did you pick this serum

I picked the basilisk because when Jake is about to be beat up he always runs away. A basilisk will run away as well when in danger and can walk on water. I also don't think many people have become a basilisk so I thought it as a good pick.


My rpg of Jake when he first learns about the island.



Jake ground from his pillow fort. He let one head fly out and grab the nearest pillow. He flung it to the ground and peeked out. Yep his room was still a mess. He yawned as he jumped from his bead letting all the pillows fall. He wobbled to his closest to pick out his clothes for the day. After grabbing some jeans and his hoodie he walked down stairs.
The smell of bacon and eggs brought him into the kitchen. His mother was making the food and his father was reading the newspaper as always. He proceeded to sit down when his father glanced up from his newspaper and said in his usual gruff morning way. "Get the mail." Jake was about to say that he did it yesterday when his father shot him an angry look. Jake immediately jumped from the chair and walked outside saying along the way.” Sure let the kid do all the work."
As he stepped out into the cold morning air. He tripped one his shoe lace as they were untied. Swearing as he got up he rubbed the last of dew from his shirt and walked over to the mail box and opened it. "The same old stuff." He said as he flipped through the mail.
As he got back in he tossed all the mail to his father who started to read it. As he father picked up a letter from his Aunt Katie something caught Jake's eye. A flyer was under a pile of bills and in gold letters it said. Loose stress. Jake gabbed the flyer and read it.

Jeff finished reading and smiled. His mother who had been giving his father and him their food looked at him and said.” What’s so funny is my food too cold?" Jeff snapped out of his day dream of basking in the sun and looked at his mother.” No its this flyer look." He gave the flyer to his mother. After a few minutes of reading and talking to his father she looked up and said.” Do you really want to go." Jake looked at them puzzled.” Why wouldn't I?" He asked. His mother nodded.” Well we just don't want to to feel too overworked by playing at the beach ." Jake's smile widened even more so then before when he had saw the flyer. "Come on mom we can all go.Then when he saw his parents surprise he looked down and added.” I mean of course you'll go.
Jake couldn't have been more happier. He was going to the island the next day plus he would get his own room with his parents. He planed to stay outside in the sun then spend time just hanging out. He smiled as he shut his suitcase.
Jake stood in front of the plane and grinned. He would get to ride in that to the island. As his parents got on boared he looked one last time at his home town.

Well Jake like all basilisk will have a rather long tail and fins running across it and his back. His face will be in a V shape and pushed out a little with a fin on his head as well. His skin colour will be a dark green with some light green stripes running across his side. 

Ok, since no one else seems to be giving crits on this, I'll give a few difficulties I've found in your quest.

One... Please pick a height. "Between tall and small" is just... Confusing.

Two, the "Flier" he finds is a little too unlikely. While Feral Labs (its not called Island of Doctor Moreau in the actual RP, the company is Feral Labs) does manage to trick people into thinking its a holiday, logically they wouldn't have their name on the vacation, instead opting for using a dummy company to advertise it. They dont want attention drawn to them.

Also, it seems unlikely that a family would basicly go "oh, ok!" and let their kid go off all by themselves on a trip at 14 to some random location just because of a flier.

Here's a suggestion for the entry -- Feral Labs, using a dummy company, creates a giveaway where several people can get onto an island a good ways away. They then have a contest on that island for snorkling at a reef system. The parents win and get to go on the snorkle trip, and Jake goes rafting on a river on the island and suffers an "Accident" while the parents are away and is lost to the rushing water.

In reality, he's not hurt but offered a heliocopter ride, and carted off to Feral labs.

Its not the best entry, but it is a little more realistic -- Find one person who is separated from their family somehow on a vacation and offer them a ride as the parents are distracted elsewhere.


Also, You may want to think more about the reason a doctor would pick the characters serum -- the doctors wouldnt know he runs away from bullies a lot, and they wouldnt give him a serum because of it.
