Okay, so about fifteen minutes ago, I was looking for food when I remembered that I had some leftover macaroni and cheese in the refrigerator, so I decided to put it in the microwave. One minute later, I hear the signal that it's done heating up, so I open the door and I see smoke coming out of something. I see black all over the inside of the microwave and there's some on the handle of the pot and the spoon. Thinking it was caused by the macaroni and cheese, I poured some water into the pot. Then I took the pot out and I see that the mac & cheese is fine except for a little bit of that black stuff. Then I unplugged the microwave, hoping that it would prevent a huge electrical fire.
Then I decided to cook some pizza using the toaster oven. The pizza was doing just fine until a small piece of food that was in the oven caught on fire. So I put that fire out and finally just opened up a can of SpaghettiO's. The whole time I was opening the SpaghettiO's, I was thinking, "Don't catch on fire, don't catch on fire..."
At least the whole SpaghettiO's thing worked out fine.
For once.
I'm too scared to use the stove now. I don't know why all of this happened, since I'm usually a pretty good cook and I've never caught anything on fire before.
Has anyone else ever had any experiences like this?
Does my experience sound like something you would see in a comedy TV show or movie?

I'm actually a pretty good cook. You'd think that I wouldn't be because I... well, do you really think of me and go, "Man, that Satah-- I bet she's a damn good cook." but I so am. xD I'm a better baker..er, though. Lizz and I bake a lot. Our motto is "Looks like s**t but only tastes like crap!" which is totally an exaggeration... >> It may look like s**t but it actually does taste really good. :'D
Except for the gingersnaps we made a few days ago. Dear lord. I thought I would die. We had fun throwing the excess dough at the wall, though... we made a game out of it. I think I won. We had to stop, though, because one of the ways you scored points was to bounce the ball of dough into a cup, but then the cup had cranberry juice in it... and mine got in the cup... but then it was so sticky, it stuck to the wall... *Laughing like a moron as she types this* We nearly died laughing.

Seriously, it was so funny. It just like... stuck there. I threw it, and it didn't bounce. It was so... so... so... SO funny.
We crack ourselves up.

I've made mistakes on your scarf that I didn't even know were physically possible. Here is an entirely accurate representation of me a couple of hours ago: There were these two stitches that had like two extra rows and there were lots of these silly little indents and itreally looked quite bad and I may or may not have undid it all and started again. >_>;;;;;

But it will be better this time and I will get it done because... because I will! n__n;;
(For the record, it was really. really. REALLY fun to undo. :BB)

I had a headache once, so I thought it would be a smart idea to put ice in a paper towel.
It wasn't melting fast enough, so I wrapped a wire thing around it, you know the wire things that hold the bread bag closed.
Anyways I put it in the microwave and a couple second later BOOM!
The paper towel was on fire!
So I took a couple cups of water and threw it in the microwave.
I think I broke the microwave too, lol.
I'm not a very good cook sweatdrop

...wow.
Ok, yeah, NO METAL THINGS OR NON-MICROWAVE SAFE STUFF IN THE MICROWAVE PLEASE!
And no eggs. They explode. You CAN cook them in there... just with lots of holes in, and very very carefully and slowly. Even scrambled eggs explode if you do it right. :B
I hate microwaves. I hate pre-made food. I hate the fact that apparently fast food is cheaper in america than real food.
I love cooking though! razz Even though i'm only very average at it.
What's a toaster oven? How can a can of spaggetti catch on fire?

Take two crumpled balls of tin-foil, put 'em in and turn it on. :3
As well, I light the stove on fire. Why? When the deepfryer spills oil every where, it burns really well. o-o

[a]: A toaster oven is... a mini oven. xD Seriously. It's just an oven... but smaller. "Toaster" because people apparently make toast in it. I don't. <_<
And yeah, "food" is cheaper than food in my caf, too. xD They're always like "EAT HEALTHY!!" and we're like "Well, we would, if a burger wasn't two bucks less expensive than a sandwich. =D"
