The slam of the door announced their arrival, the sharp noise followed by the sound of heavy boot steps as Cyn approached the reception desk. Having had her fair share of insolent receptionist the woman was quick to get the ball rolling, demanding – “We have an appointment. The monsters need their medical card for school”
With dark expressions the triplets followed their guardian, baring mixed feelings toward today’s visit. They had never been to a doctor before, but had seen various movies and TV shows about how crazed and power-happy medical professionals often were. At least they had one thing on their side – numbers.

The secretary jumped up from working on the computer, wide green eyes staring at the rather rude Cyn.
Quickly grabbing a file as to not make the woman any more impatient than she looked she gave and eye to eye stare.
Oh, uh okay! Can you just tell me the names of your three kids please mame?
She said as quick as oil ignighted fire.

Huffing, Cyn crossed her arms. “How many other sets of triplets do you have on your books?” the woman barked, lips thinning into a scowl. “Their names are Viktor, Amelia and Marcus” Cyn finally conceded, continuing to sound rather irritated.
Stretching to see up over the counter, Viktor fixed an unreadable expression on the startled secretary. At his side, Marcus and Amelia lent against the bench, turned to face the entrance and the path that lead to the doctors offices.

The secretary answered with no time lost as she found the names on the computer.
Oh! Yes okay! There they are, your doctors will be here very shorty! And actually we do get many triplets mame! Okay! Uh you may go and sit down and take this!
Said the secretary as she almost more threw the lollypops to the four than handed them.
((Oh and the secretary is human so that they can accept the lollypops she always was))

Cyn snorted, hardly believing the woman’s claims as she seized a lollipop and stalked to the seats in the waiting room. Unwrapping the concentrated morsel of sugar and popping it into her mouth the ghoul sucked heavily upon it; the lolly being the closet thing she had had to a cigarette since waking up pregnant.
Sliding down the reception desk to sit at its base with lollipops, Marcus and Amelia doing the same, Viktor continued to scope the room cautiously. These doctors weren’t about the get the drop on them despite being in the den of the ‘enemy’, the triplets would make sure of that.

After a couple minutes of waiting two elves walked into the waiting room and started to talk to the secretary. They than turned around and walked over to Cyn and the triplets one male doctor and one female doctor, but as said before ELVES.
Hello there Ms. Cyn, my name is Doctor Fredrick. Said The male doctor.
And I'm Doctor Grace!
Said The female doctor.
We will be your childrens doctors. I'll be taking Amelia and Fredrick who you can call Doctor Fred will be taking Marcus and Viktor.

As the doctors approached they were greeted by a trio of dark glares, expression that only increased as the triplets received news that they were to be separated. This hadn’t been a part of their plan, and greatly impacted upon their ability to present a united front against the doctors; something they wouldn’t tolerate. Moving closer to one another the triplets linked arms, fixing defiant eyes toward Dr. Fredrick and Dr. Grace.
“Can we get this over with?” Cyn barked, struggle back to her feet and levelling her gaze at the pair of elves. Catching Amelia by the wrist and rather forcefully prying her away from her brothers, ignoring the trio’s cries of protest, the impatient woman motioned for the female doctor to speed things along.
Growling at Cyn, but resigned to their fate, Viktor offered Amelia a confident look and tapped his forehead. Even though they were apart, they were still connected; perhaps that will still give them an edge.

Dr. Grace felt bad for Amelia as she was pryed away from her two brothers, she gave an upset frown towards Dr. Fredrick as she walked away with Amelia.
I'm sorry about getting seperated from your brothers, but I promise you that you'll see them again as soon as possible.
She said, a tone of care in her voice.
Dr. Fredrick than motioned Viktor and Marcus to follow him to another room, pretty much telling them that their sister would be seen soon, he than turned around to look at Cyn.
Ms. Cyn, you have three choices, you may come with me or Dr. Grace or you may sit here in the waiting room. But I do suggest staying here since you seem to be in much pain at the moment from pregnancy. Please feel free to ask of anything from our secretary if needed to make you feel any what more comfratable.
He said as kindly as he possibly could hoping that she knew that he was being serous and that he did hope the best for her.

“We’re always together” Amelia replied simply, not glancing to the doctor but keeping her eyes firmly affixed on the path ahead of her. A small smile played upon the girl’s lips, her pale fingers lifting to tap against her right temple before falling back to her side once more. Dr. Grace would either understand her meaning or remain ignorant, either way it mattered little to Amelia; and the girl could draw comfort from the warning she had delivered.
Marcus and Viktor moved without question, although their sullen expressions remained fixed on their faces. The two boys remained silent as they entered the doctor’s office, listening with their minds in case Amelia needed them.
“Suits me” Cyn replied, a note of relief in her voice. Viktor, Amelia and Marcus were old enough to face the doctor’s on their own; and frankly Cyn had had enough of medical professionals to last her a lifetime.

Dr. Grace gave a nod to Amelia.
Well than, I'll try to make this check-up as quick as possible, oh! Here we are. You can just have a seat right over there!
She said as they walked into the room and pointed to the bed thing with the paper on it.
After a little bit of walking Dr. Fredrick finally got to his room and opened the door, motioning the boys to come in and to sit on the bed thing (I have no idea what it's called).
He than turned around and grabbed a clipboard, attaching a piece of paper to it and than looking back up at the two.
Before we get started I just want to ask a couple very quick questions. So how old are you two, since your both probably the same age.

With her gaze still high and defiant, Amelia boosted herself onto the examination table in the middle of the room. Watching Dr. Grace with her keen, golden orbs as the elf moved, the girl’s hands tightened against the edges of the padded table as she waited; nerves and apprehension threatening to spill into her features.
As Amelia had, Viktor and Marcus hoisted themselves onto the bed and waited. They continued to remain silent, taking in the room around them with meticulous attention to detail. Upon being asked a question the boys looked to each other questioningly, before Viktor finally answered – “We’re eight”

((Dr. Grace is Pretty much asking the same questions so I'll let Viktor And Marcus answer them instead of both of them, so it won't get annoying typing up the same thing more than once. But technictly Amelia is being asked questions too. This goes the same with the tests only it's Amelia that will be doing it RP wise. Hope that I didn't just confuse you sweatdrop ))
Dr. Fredrick nodded as he wrote down the age and looked back up.
Do you have another guardian or is it just your mother?
Dr. Grace quickly asked much of the same questions and once they were done she took out a hammer like object and walked over to Amelia.
Now I will first check to see how your reflexes are. I'm just going to tap this onto your knee, if it bounces up both times that I hit both of your knees than everything is fine!
She said as she quickly tapped the object on both of Amelia's knees.

“She isn’t our mother” Viktor replied sharply, eyes darkening a notch, “she’s just our guardian”. A tinge regret, longing, laced his tone, but it was quickly dispelled as he quickly added – “There’s Orpheus, but we don’t see him much”
Moments after the instrument tapped was sharply into her knees, Amelia’s limbs responded by bouncing upwards; much to the child’s satisfaction. She was different from more children, faster, stronger and possessed sharper reflexes; something she owed entirely to her genetics. Slowly, as if reluctant to leave, Amelia felt some of her anxiety ebb away.
When a similar test were to be conducted in the near identical room in which Viktor and Marcus found themselves, their responses would be akin to their sisters; their limbs responding swiftly to the stimulus.

Dr. Fredrick jumped a bit from the response and nodded.
Well, I'm sorry. We don't get to know everything about you! That's why these questions are asked. Okay the last question is do you ever have any pains that you don't know about?
Dr. Grace gave a shocked face at how quickly Amelia's reflexes were.
My... I've never seen such strong reflexes! I can tell that you'll grow up to be a very healthy young lady one day!
She said smiling at Amelia as she turned around to do the next test.
After she was done writing down some notes she walked back over to Amelia holding a new object.
This object had a ball shaped object at one end, which looked like it could be squeezed, attached to it was a rubber like wire, but it looked as if air could go through it which lead to the other end.
The other end held a long rubber object which looked as if it could go around someone's wrist.
Okay! For our next test, I'm going to check to see how good your blood pressure is.
She said as she wrapped the object around Amelia's wrist and started to squeeze the other end with air making the object tighter.
