I noticed mention of neopets on the front page. I pop over there occasionally. Can anyone tell me this.....?
Has the acara changed its appearance? eek Both my son and I noticed. We have a uni, an acara and a lupe.

I'm pretty sure it did. Acara day wasn't that long ago and they usually make some much needed changes to pets on their days.

Ooh I see. But I was so used to the old look. xp The day that worried me was that day all the pets turned into asparagus. eek I spent a lot on my starry uni, I was so worried it was just my pets. xp

Yeah they often redraw a whole species, or redo one color of a species occasionally, which always makes some people upset and some people happy. Can't please everyone! Recently they redid the Acara, and not long ago the Techo and Quiggle, and in the past they've redone the Kacheek, Lupe, Uni, Cybunny, oh gawd, what HASN'T been redone? The Scorchio! It badly needs a makeover, imo. It's very flat compared to the others.

yeah...its like they said...a lot of the pets have had makeovers....i think they said that they are gonna redraw the meerca soon...i hope they make it look better....and in case you didnt know meercas are my fave of all pets heart ....
ok...on another neo subject...is anyone planning on going to McDonalds for the little plushies in the happy meals? i saw the list up there of everything that is gonna be in there...but even tho i like the others..i seriously want all the meercas xd ...the meerca is so underappreciated xp ...i flipped when i heard they were gonna put them in this go around rofl

As for the redraws on the acara's, I think they look better now. I luffs my plushie acara best of all. Then my plushie kougra, and then my.......

The McDonalds neopets plushies are what got me to investigating the neopets site. I had only heard mention of it on gaia but not gone there. That was some months ago though. I thought you guys would have had the McDonalds plushies way before us.
