As I said in the explanation, post any suggestions you might have to improve the guild. If it gets approved by me and the crew then you can start a petition, thank you.

Pending, Approved, and Denied Suggestions: This is a list of, well, the pending, approved, and denied suggestions. Pending suggestions are things that the crew and I are still discussing whether it should become a petition or not. Approved suggestions are ideas that have gotten the "OK" and are now petitions. Suggestions colored green mean that the petition was completed and the idea has been put into action. Denied suggestions are thoughts that the crew and I decided just wouldn't work out. Remember, don't suggest the same thing more than once, please and thank you. Pending:
None at this time.
Approved:
1) RP Stickies 2) Common House
Denied:
None yet. biggrin

I've got a suggestion (woo, first one).
In the RP Subforum, perhaps we can have a few set areas in Stickies that are standard parts of the town. For example, training grounds, forest(s), town square, memorial grounds, etc. I think it would be good as starting points and good examples of how we would like the RP threads to be handled.

Sure, you don't even need to make a petition. Just go in and make stickies.

Hey, Death. We should get a banner for this place. At the very least a temporary one.

I think we should have a common house, since only one person seems to have built a house/smithy, in the center of town. It would be a place for people to rest, and for them to chat, and a safe place to meet for missions.

A common house... that's a good idea. We'll have to map out certain things before it's actually established though. Why don't you set up a petition/thread so we can decide how things will work.
Thank you.

How many signatures would it need?

Well, since the guild is still pretty small I think that you're fine without any; my sister and I think it's good so that's enough. I just want a place to talk about the idea of it and how it will work.

I've been thinking about how the chunin exams would work. When fighting, should we use dice to determine the outcome? Like you know, the one with the bigger role advances or something.

This should really be in the Q & A Thread, but I'll let it slide.
In all places, especially exams, it doesn't always matter who wins. A person who looses gloriously is more likely to be promoted than a person who wins obnoxiously. The fights in exams will be graded based on various levels such as creativity, writing ability, originality, etc. Winning is just about the last thing on the list.
